I was looking for a chic nail salon in my neighborhood and am so glad I found this place! 🙌💅🏻 Not only is this nail salon so damn cute inside but everyone was so very friendly. The nail tech doing my nails really took her time and made sure every detail was just perfect. Even better is their prices are some of the lowest I've seen in the city. So glad I found a nail salon close to my house that does an excellent job and has great customer service. I will of course be back! ❣️

I really like them all the workers have a smile on their face when u walk in they are friendly and try to help u get what you need as fast as possible my thank you jenny,pasan,nassy and all...really a place u can pamper yourself and feel good

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! YOU CANNOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE!! it your duty to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied and the current manager NANCY!! doesn’t put effort at all there was a customer before me that walked out unhappy also I overheard the whole thing she did NOTHING!!! For them either I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY!!!! I don’t deserve to have an employee argue with me and tell me what color I did last week and come out with exact color BOTCHED UP ALL PATCHY!!! Iam a returning customer for 8 YEARS!!! And several times I’ve waited 30 MINUTES!! On a regular weekday no holiday and it was Sunday the place was empty The countless amounts of times I walked out with my cuticles bleeding she wasn’t even gentle and I asked many times "I would like someone gentle with cuticles" The disgusting remarks they made about my arms TWICE!!! Overcrossing personal boundaries!!!! We are just as overworked and tired as you are!!! A lot of us work with customers all day just like you!!!! THE GRASS IS NOT GREENER ON OUR SIDE!! The last thing we need is to walk out with a crappy manicure especially when we have been doing the exact same color and exact same amount of coats each color For DECADES!!! You don’t get to tell me what I did last week ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and I tip nicely RESPECT THE CUSTOMER!!! $43 doesn’t grow on trees!! I went and showed it right away 12 months ago after I got my manicure!! I was responsible her response was very not accurate I don’t care how long you are doing nails my father has experience in cosmetology also he went to beauty school You’re lucky he’s 75 and too weak to come You’re not the only one who knows about nails stop treating everyone like they’re stupid and uneducated and don’t know anything stop thinking only your opinion counts!!! She also says "I don’t think you did the same color last time" How the hell would you know that when you weren’t in the salon last time?!?! 🧐🧐🤨🤨 No they don’t specify in computer She wasn’t there last time which was July 14

I don't like this place because they are not friendly and kind to customers. Also, the wait time is quite long.

I used to go to this place like once a week before I started doing powder manis elsewhere (the best!).. Unfortunately I hadn’t know abt it until what happened with my nail there that i stopped using them.One finger nail was cracked mid nail bed, it was painful to cut off and I wanted it to stay long, so the tech told me she can make me a seal (a whole arts n crafts with glue and gauze and whatnot😨)that will keep it connected. Like a fool I said ok.. It was before I knew that other places can put on tips to make nail long. So in old fashioned and dumb manner, they did this seal instead. They didn’t warn me or give me any instructions to remove it asap at the next mani.. Neither did they care to remove it..It was left on there and moisture and everything got trapped there until a full blown fungul infection occurred!!! It’s a year later and I still have an ugly fungul nail, it’s discolored, brittle, and lifted off the bed!! Instead of them knowing what they’re doing and what harm can come from their procedures, they couldn’t care less. They’re negligent and nasty. I now use other salons who are super nice and have the best attitude and nail attention and care.

I went for a mani-pedi. The service was terrible. My polish needed to be redone as it did not look good. The woman doing it redid it on her own initiative. In addition, she did not cut the nails well and I now have to deal with ingrown toenails. I would not recommend.

So, how did this one start review? Started, I went on friday and got a gel shabbos I see a chipped So I went back on Sunday and they blamed it on me. But they still fixed that 1 nail, even though really, I wanted A. Refund because it was thirty eight dollars plus I gave a five dollar tip Okay, against my better judgment. I let them redo it that 1 nail by the time I got to the airport. I saw a for sure. Another nails shipped Fine, I can't get worse than that, it did You see, by the next week shabbos. I see that the colors changed The pink is now blackish pink And I see that it will peel off Last time I had gel I remember they had to do a chemical removal that didn't make sense. And if you want proof I have a picture All of them peeled off In a matter of seconds It only lasted a week It's supposed to last four
