It’s a terrifying feeling finding a new hairstylist when you move to a big city. A couple bad experiences and lots of crying led me to ZENA SALON where I felt very comfortable immediately and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! I was in the ED of one the hospitals laying on a gurney here and a woman approached me telling me how much she loved my haircut!!! ZENA SALON is the BEST!!

Douja did an AMAZING job and is the sweetest person. So fast and one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. She is wonderful - highly Recommend!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Douja for my color, cut, and blow dry! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly warm, personable, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to understand what I wanted and worked her magic with such professionalism and care. After my initial appointment, I realized the color was a bit bolder than I was expecting. When I reached out, Douja was so kind and accommodating—she welcomed me back without hesitation and expertly toned it down to exactly what I had envisioned. I really appreciated how she handled it with such grace and understanding. I absolutely love how everything turned out and have already received so many compliments! I would highly recommend Douja to anyone looking for a talented and thoughtful stylist. I’ll definitely be returning to her for future appointments.

Zena Salon is without a doubt the BEST hair salon I have ever been to. Douja is an incredible hairstylist and has does wonders to my hair. I have done single process, partial highlights, full highlights, and hair cuts with her. She has done a perfect job each and every time. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Her prices are more than fair and her work product is priceless. Further, she is efficient with her time without sacrificing the end result. I greatly appreciate that I am not sitting in the chair for an unnecessary amount of time which is what happens at most other salons. And for the time I am sitting in the chair, she is great conversation! Not only does she do amazing work, she cultivates a safe space through her radiant and kind personality. I am so lucky to have been referred to her by a friend and I hope to have her do my hair forever! I have curly dark brown hair and she has safely got me to the blonde shade I desire. Her highlights add so much dimension to my hair and I feel so confident after she does my hair. My hair is so healthy and she is very knowledgeable on how to safely bleach hair, especially curly hair. Douja is so talented and everyone should get their hair done by her!!

I booked my haircut pretty last minute, and Douja got me in and out in under an hour with super cute new layers! She is so quick and skilled, and was also very lovely to talk to. Highly recommend. 🙂

Douja is genuinely the sweetest! She’s also incredibly efficient. I don’t think I spent more than 20 minutes in the salon and she knew exactly what I was going for! She understands my curly hair really well, and the prices are pretty decent for a haircut in the city. I will keep coming back for sure 🙂
