Every hair I buy here can never be used. Wigs and ponytails never match what’s on display. I will never shop here again. Stick to BSW. wasted so much money here tryna give benefit of the doubt.

Not impressed since they reopened they don’t sell the same items and their wigs suck!

Plenty of products for fair prices. It was the first time I was going over there. The cashier faced some racism from a customer who was waiting in line but the cashier stayed professional and ignored.

The store policy is not given at the front desk like Macy's, Nordstrom or even Target's they can be more customer friendly they will gang up on you not thoughtful to the customer, I just left the store and ask to swap the very same item in another color. You don't tell your customer too bad you bought it your stuck with it. Even swap is all I asked, they didn't give a dawn how stressed I was the dye I bought was not the color in the bottle possibly a one time their company they purchased from sold them products that were fraudulent to the actual item. I accepted not the return due to using it, I wanted to change the hair (simple ponytail never used) I'm asking the people in our community to not shop in this store that does not serve respect and or appreciate the surrounding community they serve, which is not of your ethnic background.

I will never shop here again. I will continue to go to BSW I always spend lots of money in this store because it’s convenient for me and walking distance. I was being followed in the store and when I confronted them and called, they told me take business somewhere else so gladly will be taking my business somewhere else I will never shop here again. BSW has never followed me in the store day in my life and they’re more helpful.

Initially when I walked in. NO ONE said hello...or how can I help you. What turned it around for me was the attendant that walked into work about 6 or 7 minutes after me and spent an hour with me. She discussed hair, shared reviews from other customers, etc. They have a great selection thus the choice to go! She was the sole reason this experience was as good as it was.

I have been coming here for years. I live in a suburb that does not serve black hair. Today, I drove 45 minutes to get to this beauty supply with my 5 year old daughter. When we arrived my daughter had to use the bathroom badly. I asked the woman at the front if I could have access to a bathroom for my daughter. Her response was that only my daughter could go. I let her know that I needed to help my daughter in the bathroom (moms, you understand). She s aid that I could not go inside. I calmly and sarcasm free volunteered to leave my purse,, if she felt that I would steal. she said that I could go to another store⁸. I did as she suggested and went to another store. I wonder why store owners (especially non black store owners)in Black communities think it is ok to deny facilities to patrons? It's almost like they believe we don't have the same basic biological needs as others. I will not return to this store and would suggest that if you are a woman of color you pass it up as well.
