It’s a good place overall with som really good stylists. Only complaint I have is when There are same-day cancellations they do not give you enough time or notice. Same-day cancellations have happened to me at least three times since I’ve i’ve been going for three years. As a busy professional it is very hard when I get notified less than an hour before my appointment that it’s been canceled due to Stylist calling in. May need more admin support to help with that.

Mikayla is very professional, friendly, thorough, and gentle! I highly recommend her for anyone wanting to get their lashes done. I have not had any issues with my lash extensions, and she always makes sure that I am satisfied with my lashes before leaving. The lash extension retention has been superior as well.
