I’ve been getting all of my hair treatments, cuts, and color done by Reena at Fox and Belle Salon since 2019, and I truly wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. Over the years, my hair has transformed — it’s noticeably healthier, stronger, and shinier than it’s ever been. Reena is incredibly skilled, attentive, and consistent, and she genuinely cares about the long-term health of your hair, not just how it looks when you leave the salon. She always takes the time to understand what my hair needs and offers thoughtful recommendations that have made such a difference over time. Every appointment is a great experience, and I always leave feeling confident, taken care of, and loving my hair. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your hair, I can’t recommend Reena at Fox and Belle Salon highly enough.

Fox and Belle is the best salon I’ve ever been to. This is not a brag, but more of an acknowledgement of how amazing each and every one of these women are at their craft. The salon is bright with light and is SO clean — and no matter the service you leave with a spring in your step feeling like your best self. From the snacks to the drinks, the positive atmosphere, and the bitchin’ music, Fox and Belle truly sets the bar. I have been seeing Linda for FIVE years and she has not only taken care of my locks but has become a friend over time. If you’re looking for a new salon, pick this one, and thank me later.

I can’t recommend Linda enough. I came in with virgin black hair and she helped me transition to blonde — and I’ve been blonde ever since. 🙂 What really amazes me is that my hair still feels healthy after all the bleaching I’ve done, which says everything! She truly knows what she’s doing and I trust her completely. On top of that, she’s so friendly and sweet. If you’re looking for someone talented and trustworthy, she’s the one.

Not blonde specialists - weird pricing. I spent nearly $600 for really bad highlights and didn’t trust them enough to go back for a correction. I’m a dirty blonde who’s been getting natural looking highlights for 20 years and never had such a bad experience. I cried when I got in my car. My hair was overtoned, improperly blended and way overpriced. They pushed a gloss toner on me that I didn’t want ($120) and nickle and dime for basic treatments. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been a loyal client since Judy’s Bangs and Locks days. She did my very first blonde, and I have been hooked ever since. What I have always respected about Judy is that she is honest and realistic, and she will protect the health of your hair before trying to force a color that is not meant to happen in one appointment. That kind of integrity is rare, and it is exactly why I followed her. When Judy stepped back to focus on family and more behind the scenes work, she passed me to Lynn, and it was truly the best handoff. Lynn has been my stylist for years now, and I refuse to go to anyone else. She is incredibly talented, detail oriented, and genuinely cares about your hair. She is also one of the sweetest and most humble people you will meet, even after winning Best Hairstylist of the East Bay. Completely deserved. Yes, she is busy and not cheap, but she is absolutely worth it. You are paying for consistent results, beautiful color, and hair that still feels healthy. I have also had only great experiences with the rest of the team. On the rare occasions Lynn is not available, I have been taken care of by Linda, Jo, Vichida, and others, and the service is always excellent. Everyone is warm, professional, and makes you feel like family. Seriously, Judy hires the best group of gals! Thank you Fox and Belle for always taking care of my hair and making me feel my best!

Linda at Fox and Belle is truly something special. I’ve been going to her for cuts and color for years, and she is simply the best. From the moment you walk in, the salon feels warm, welcoming, and intentionally built to be a community, not just a place to get your hair done. Every visit feels personal. I genuinely look forward to my appointments and even to the holiday cards from the entire salon. That alone speaks volumes about the care and connection they create with their clients. What I appreciate most about Linda is how thoughtful and patient she is, especially with kids. When my daughter comes with me, Linda takes the time to teach her about her hair texture and how to properly wash, dry, and care for it. She’s even gently helped her learn where product buildup happens and how to take better care of her hair. My daughter isn’t just getting a haircut, she’s learning confidence and self-care. Linda is incredibly talented, kind, and genuinely invested in the people she serves. Fox and Belle feels like a place you belong, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Everyone who works at Fox and Belle is amazing - they helped me out very quickly after my highlights were botched at another salon (see before and after pics). Mariah answered the phone and talked me through how to submit photos so the stylists could see if they could fix it, and she not only found a slot for me with an experienced stylist within a week, but she called me when there was a cancellation, so I got in even earlier. She was so considerate, as was everyone else I interacted with at the salon. It was a relaxing and comforting environment, Lynn worked wonders on my hair and got me out in 2 hours which was amazing! She fixed the patchiness, color, and made it much more even and flattering. She saved my hair and made me feel like myself again! Thank you Fox and Belle 🫶🫶
