Vika is excellent at cutting curly hair and somehow remains way below market price on her fees! I have very curly hair, and she cuts, colors, and does highlights for me. Everyone I have recommended her to loves her. The only problem with recommending her is that so many people go to her that she almost never has cancellations. So you have to book well in advance. Last but not least, she is a real sweetheart. Very shy, but very warm. A good heart.

Avoid this salon - NO for coloring & definitely do NOT even think about doing blonde highlights. Virginia will say she knows how to help you. She doesn’t. She will destroy your locks for years to come just like she did mine. I entered with healthy hair and left with burnt crispy hair and extreme, irreversible heat damage (see photos, all from the day of my visit, and FYI my hair is naturally straight). This did not need to happen.

Virginia has cut my hair for a few years and also does a great job. I’m white and have fine, thin wavy hair and she really understands how to work with my hair type. She is quick, warm and friendly and gives a nice scalp massage when washing my hair. She does a great job for an affordable price.

I have been going to Virginia for years to have my hair cut and styled. She is great and does great work. She is patient and kind and very talented. My wife and teen-aged son and daughter go to her as well. My son showed her a hair style in a magazine and Virginia did her best to copy it for my son. My son was thrilled with his haircut. The whole family loves her work. I strongly recommend Vika Beauty Salon.

I recently for a wash, trim and straightening from Virginia. We didn't talk much, but the moments we did speak I could tell like she was a nice woman. Clean environment and I loved the plants all over. This place gave me old school no hassle type of energy. I LOVED that. I was on and out . Bonus points for the scalp massage while she worked the products in my hair during the washing. I'll definitely be back. Call and leave a message. There is no website, social media etc.

Virginia is absolutely wonderful, and I’ve been coming to her for the last 8-9 years I’ve been in the Bay. She takes care in each cut and will always make sure that you’re satisfied before proceeding. She is by far my favorite curly cut, plus she is just a lovely human!
