The One Clinic - Facial Spa & Acupuncture

I absolutely loved my facial with Leslie. She was super informative, and checked in with me during the session to make sure everything was feeling ok. I got the New Client Special - SculptONE Intro Facial. While the intraoral work was intense, I could tell I’ve been holding a lot of tension in my cheeks and jaw. I will definitely rebooking!

I did the new client special - SculptONE facial that had lift, sculpt, lympatic drainage, glow work and targeted treatment. I really enjoyed the 3D Skin analysis, and some brief conversations with my specialist, she tailored my treatments to my skin since I was undergoing other skincare treatments at the time. I didn't know what I was expecting but I loved my facial. I saw serious differences with my face - especially with the incredible buccal face massage. There was tension in my jaw that I didn't even know that I had and it felt incredible to be able to release it. I felt like my face looked more youthful and slimmer. After the appointment, my family members commented that they saw a real difference. I wish I lived in Austin so I could do this more frequently!

I had an amazing experience with Hiromi for my first treatment. The massage and facial were relaxing and Hiromi explained each step. My skin looked noticeably brighter, more hydrated, and more refreshed afterward. I am excited for additional experiences here!

I had a great experience for the new client special which included a great package of services. I especially loved the acupuncture (facial and on body). I also LOVED the facial massage and tea they served. For $175 it was a great experience. It’s disappointing that they don’t have this package offer as a regular offering for non new clients and also that they seem to not really offer the acupuncture anymore. The second time I came for the all in one signature service and while the facial / facial massage was great, I noticed a few things that are in the description of the services that were not provided to me. This was very disappointing as I paid much more for this service than my first treatment (almost $300 including tip) and I was most excited for those services. I did not receive the full lymphatic massage as described in the service description (I got it on my face , neck , and décolletage but not on my shoulders, arms, and belly). I also did not get the bamboo and Gua sha part of the facial. I was really looking forward to a full lymphatic drainage as I felt I needed it. I also would like to note that the place is calm and relaxing. The front desk person and esthetician is very friendly. The tea they provide is my faveeeeeeeee The first time my appointment started on time. The most recent time I showed up 5 mins early and my appointment didn’t start until 15 mins after my appointment time. The first time my appointment went the full 100 minutes. The most recent time, my appointment went for 93 minutes.

Had a great experience at this spa with the new client special - so much so that I booked a second appointment right after! The specialist was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through what she was doing at each step and why, which I greatly appreciated. I was so relaxed during the facial that I even fell asleep, whoops! I definitely recommend this spa to all, my skin feels hydrated and bright. The tea is also amazing 🙂
