I drove 40 minutes for an appointment I booked online and the shop was closed. Very disappointing experience and a waste of my time. It ruined my plans for the day. Please communicate with customers if you can’t make scheduled appointments.

I did cut my hair before at J and I had no major issues as he did good job trimming the sides of my head ,but I asked today for a trim of my long hair and I am very disappointed with the results. If you have long hair don’t waste your time and money here. He trimmed it while my hair was in a pony tail. I am not going to J anymore.

Got a high skin fade cut with a hard part and Jalal was impeccable. I've gone to him three times since, and every time, he has been consistently perfect, and on top of that, efficient. Sometimes you go to a place and the cut is fast, but corners are cut. Sometimes you go to a place and it's great but it takes an hour. At Jalal, it's fast, and perfect. Each. Time. Even better, you book online and payment can be done via NFC if you forget your wallet.

I came here today for the first time and the barber did a great job with my haircut. He was patient and took his time to cut my hair. This will be the place for me to get my haircut!!! Reasonable price Thank you Jalal

5 star barber Jalal is amazing and super super friendly and does a wonderful job cutting my beard. I highly recommend him for anyone needing there beard trimmed. Will be coming back every two weeks

I had a great cut with Jalal, he’s so talented with all kinda hairtcuts like long haircuts , short haircuts. He’s just the best !

Absolutely butchered. I asked for a tiny trim, and showed him a picture, telling him I was growing it out. Dude buzzed off seven inches off my sides and then left a whole chunk in the back untouched. Telling me it "just like the picture." About a year’s worth of hair growth lost and then he left me with a huge line red mark from the clippers, so much so, the barber to I went to afterwards to salvage was in shock. TLDR: The main guy gave me a buzzcut when I said just a slight trim, plus cut my skin with his clippers. Never coming back and I warn others not to as well. Complete waste of $35, it’s a shame he even charged me. It’ll be over year before my hair fully grows back.
