I’ve been to this salon 3 times now and each experience has been golden. The ladies here are so down home , welcoming, and have a genuinely good spirit, and Ms. Miami always has a warm greeting and smile whenever I come in. The service is amazing and I always leave feeling like my scalp and hair have had their own mini spa treatment. I love that they use a lot of organic products and oils, and my stylist Codie is so knowledgeable, sweet, and efficient, and always patiently and thoroughly cleanses my hair. I left the salon feeling rejuvenated, and with some goodies for my hair! They sell a rose water mister which I was able to have infused with tea tree oil, much needed for my scalp, and even received a free hair growth oil since it was my first purchase. Ms. Miami is also all about overall health and wellness from the inside out, and gifted me a bottle of her juice that she makes and sells which was delicious and refreshing! It is ALWAYS a pleasant experience whenever I come, and a much needed part of my self care regimen!

Such a relaxing experience. The ambiance, the coconut water, the fruit, and the genuine souls in here makes your investment so worth it. Ms Miami and her crew are doing God’s work with this space. I will be back!

Went there today, was greeted was warm, calm, soothing and serene spiritual vibes. The energy in the shop was amazing! The scalp scrubs included in the hair wash was amazing! The additional oil, and getting to choose which was amazing!! I left with a crochet retwist and even though my hair was matted and would incite a charge, Ms. Miami decided to release it. Miami is truly a gem. Super chill, welcoming, and intentional with her craft. She really takes the time to care for your locs with precision and love, and it shows. I’m so glad I found her—her energy is grounding, her space is spotless, and she uses clean products that make a difference. You don’t just feel like a client; you feel like family. I recently visited Keep It Locked Hair Spa for a coil set twist-out service with Miss Miami and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She executed the style perfectly, delivering exactly what I envisioned. My hair feels incredibly soft, full of bounce and healthy as ever. Miss Miami used their in-house Mango & Black Seed Shampoo which left my hair feeling clean. I am thoroughly impressed!!! See you soon Miss Miami!!!

My last three hairstyles were from her. I loveeeee getting my hair done by Ms Miami. I’ve gotten a loc bob, flower petals, and a curly ponytail! Plus, it’s a nice and peaceful environment and she’s never failed me give me a 10/10 experience especially with the steam it’ll give you that nice spa feel 😩 She also has juices to keep you hydrated and they’re healthy. That’s two wins already. Her energy is also very welcoming which leads to the environment just topping it off. Go book!!!
