Jessie is very thorough and meticulous with her process. From the consultation where she went through my inspiration pics ad walked me through what would work and what wouldn’t for my hair to the day of my appointment where she reaffirmed my goals and the process then took great care ensuring I left feeling like a million bucks. One important lesson I’ve learned in life is that good hair isn’t cheap and cheap hair isn’t good. If you’re looking for a phenomenal master of hair in Asheville, Jessie is worth every penny! 14/10!!

This was my first visit to Creative Beauty, and it certainly won’t be my last. I saw Sam, and she was absolutely wonderful! It had been several months since my last cut, so I was definitely due for a good trim. Now my hair is healthy and lighter with much better shape to it. Sam did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and advising on how to get that with my unique hair type. She is both knowledgeable and skillful. The whole experience from consult, to shampoo, to cut, to blowout felt luxurious and unrushed, while also not taking longer than it should. Most important, I love my new cut!
