I got a men’s perm here that at first didn’t go well. I had a wedding coming up and I was very worried. (I should have waited till after the wedding to try this) The owner made time outside of her schedule and came in early to make things right. A good haircut made all the difference and I’m very excited about the new look. If you ever have an issue here, give them the chance to make things right and they won’t let you down.

I enjoy the shampoo part very much ..my experience felt rushed barley shampooing an felt as if she'd had enough clinical for the day won't go back ...for 62.00 dollars which isn't a lot to most people but was a shock for me due to the experience I had

Sandy is fantastic! Super friendly, and makes for a relaxing experience (her hair dryer work was so soothing it almost put me to sleep)!

This is the craziest, most uncomfortable haircut I’ve ever received and this is even after the owner intervened to fix it. I had long hair down the middle of my back and asked for a trim and this is what I left with. For the love of god go somewhere else

Started coming here 6 months ago. My stylist Sandy is very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me a wonderful looking and long lasting perm, then helped me smooth it out and blend back to normal hair when I was ready for a change. I have always been happy with her services! Fast, affordable, and great and what she does!

I moved to Asheville two years ago and went to Kindred Salon. I have not been to any other salon since. I love going there. Melody is wonderful and does a great job with color and styling! It is so friendly and warm and an excellent experience.

I really enjoyed my experience here! Sandy did a great job with my hair, and she seems like a very sweet woman - she was great to work with. They followed all current safety protocols from what I could see, which was very comforting! I don't get my hair cut very often, but I will definitely go back here when I need it again!
