Kohl's

I had a bad experience in this kohl’s branch today. Michelle who was in cashier 1 prompt overhead that her registry is available. As i was approaching and putting my stuff in cashier 1 she went back to put her go backs and never came back. She was talking with other associates as if there is no one waiting with goods at her counter. I even said if there’s anyone gonna help me here? Good thing the guy in cashier 2 heard me and helped me out. I had to transfer all my stuff in his counter though. Then the lady next to me went to Michelle’s counter and then she helped the customer. I worked in customer service before but never had done the same thing as what she did to me. I guess she just choose to take who ever customer is the same as her color!

Now you need to do returns at the front of the store in line with the hoards making purchases. The carts are electronically controlled they automatically come to a dead stop if you try to take one out with your armloads of purchases, or need one to take heavy returns into the store. Not liking Kohl's any more. Really no reason to go back. Games with "Kohl's Cash" and "discounts." Really the quality of merchandise is declining.

Horrible service. Had a pickup order thinking I’d be able to get quicker help because I had to be somewhere quickly. They said there’s nothing they could to complete the order faster even though I was standing next to the shoes I ordered. Ended up taking the shoes to the front; cancelling the online order and just purchasing again. Lazy/bad customer service.

Kohl’s has been my go to store for shopping in the past few years especially when they offer the 50% off on clearance items. It’s a sweet spot. Today, I shopped at the menifee store and the staff are so awesome and fantastic. Shout out to Letty and also to Mirabel, sorry if I spelt your name wrongly. You made my shopping smooth and easy. You ladies deserve some raise.

I love that I can return Amazon items here. Plus I get a 15% coupon. Lots of holiday gifts on sale so I grabbed a few stocking stuffers. Surprisingly the checkout line was short.

It's currently on sale with 60% off. I'm happy because I have my favorite Levi's too.
