Monique completely transformed my brows! I’ve been looking for a good brow lady forever, I went 3 months without getting my brows done and I’m so glad I came across monique. Definitely worth the price. I chose the threading service. She takes her time, asks what you want your brows to look like, LOVE. I went into the store really nervous because I haven't worn make-up for a couple years. I have alot of scaring from an accident and I am allergic to alot of products. After asking for help I was introduced to Dezirae. She tried a bunch of different foundations on my face. She treated me so kindly and didn't even notice my scars. Then we found a perfect match. She had to go to back to look for my color of Ilia. She searched in a different drawer and finally found it. Her smile and kind heart really made my experience today AMAZING. Thank you Dezirae

I had my hair cut today by Daisy and she did such a great job, I wasn’t sure exactly how I wanted it just a general idea and she was so wonderful and patient getting it to just the right length and style, it came out beautiful and I feel beautiful 🥰

I went to this Ulta yesterday. A few different workers approached me asking if I needed assistance or if I was looking for anything specific. I replied that I was just browsing. Most of them let me continue browsing in peace. While I was in the HAIR section of the store, a worker didn't ask me if I needed help, but gave me a measured look and IMMEDIATELY asked if I use a vitamin C serum. I told her I did not. She replied "you really should, it will help with your skin texture. You had acne, right?" I was so insulted! How rude! I did have acne when I was younger. I was self conscious about it for years, and I have gone to great lengths to get my skin to where it is today. Yes, my skin texture still shows my acne scarring, but I wouldn't consider it a major concern for me anymore. I actually really liked how my skin looked yesterday!!! She said "it's 15% off today, do you want me to show you?" I said no and walked away. I felt horrible about myself after this exchange. Please let customers tell you what they want help with. Please don't look at someone and assume!

Very organized! Almost every single aisle we went into was super organized. They had all of the brands from drugstore to luxury. We came during a pretty crowded time so we didn't interact with anyone. Prices were pretty reasonable and I saw a lot of new items. Some shelves weren't as stocked as others, but we didn't mind. We'll definitely be stopping by more often!

I usually try not to go inside this location, simply because they don't offer seating for men who are shopping with their wives. We all know how some women shop once inside, needing one item turns into one hour of shopping. They have the best customer service and fast checkout.
