Dr Stein is very professional and knowledgeable. He is a genuine and caring person and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. Wait times are minimal and his staff tries diligently to accommodate your schedule when making appointments. I feel they truly care for my health and well being.

Dr. Stein is professional & personal. He is also thorough and we (my wife & I do our annual together) have never felt rushed. When we have had concerns in between annual visit his staff worked us in his schedule. We have always felt Dr Stein takes all our concerns seriously. Great to have a Dr who is always "on his game" & gas a warm, caring manner.

I feel like the doctor and staff were knowledge but I also felt like I was rushed through without a lot of attention to detail. I also had a follow up appointment that I wasn't able to make it to, so I called and called to reschedule with no answer and no call back. Overall, I felt like a small part of the bottom line and lacked the feeling that I was cared for as a patient. I'm still dealing with the same issues I was before and will be looking for a different practice that has more time and capacity to treat me better.

I have been seeing Kevin Stein at the Skin Surgery Center for 6 years. The office is very efficiently run. No long waits in the reception room. Dr. Stein and his staff are professional but personable. I have had a number of procedures over the years that have all turned out satisfactorily. I intend to continue my semi-annual checkups indefinitely. When you leave Kevin's office you are confident that you have no lurking skin issues. Happy Camper!

Professional and friendly service. In and out and on my way back home. Glad to have Dr Stein and staff in Wilkes and not having to travel to Winston for each appointment. I feel I can trust their diagnosis and treatment plan for skin issues for my wellness.

My sons and I have been treated by Dr. Stein for many years. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His practice is run well and appointments are seen on time. His staff is great as well.

Felt like a number, in and out. Nurse/assistant didn’t seem to agree with what the doctor thought. Said she figured he would talk me into getting a spot removed that she thought was fine. Didn’t seem like she liked her job. Overall kind of negative first time experience at the dermatologist. Dr. was good with mole removal didn’t feel a thing.
