Dr. Edquilang has been Professional, caring and helpful. His Assistant Mandy(I hope I have the name correct) was on time and very efficient. I expressed my concerns about maintaining good health moving forward. He examined me and ordered blood tests to check on my current status. My tests results arrived the next day and shortly thereafter, I received Dr. Equilang’s summary in the message system. Six weeks ago, I broke my leg in Tahoe skiing. The Dr. referred me to the appropriate Orthopedic department and ordered the Images that the Specialist needed. I have had wonderful care from Dr. Equilang. I am beyond pleased.

Great people and everyone was so welcoming. Everyone was very attentive and even the doctor was amazing. As soon as the doctor checked me out, he immediately knew what was wrong with me, with a little bit of a back story of when my pain started. I really appreciate the help from everyone there.

This was my first appointment Dr. Tran as I had tried others KP Physicians previously. She was very professional and easy to speak with. She didn't rush our appointment and listened attentively to me. She was thorough with her explanations and recommendations. I am happy I picked her as my primary.

The doctor was on time. She took my vitals, including checking my breathing with a stethoscope to check my overall health. She went over my current medication with me and made adjustments when it was needed. She encouraged me to follow up with a diabetic eye screening that was due. I felt Dr. Gamage was friendly, efficient and thorough.

My appointment was at 3:30. It ended at 6 and I still had to get bloodwork done and pick up medication. I was out the door by 6:30. That is an absurd amount of time to be at the doctors. I had Dr.Banerjee for the first time today and she was very dismissive and would cut me off. It made me very anxious and I no longer felt comfortable with her. I realized within the first few minutes I couldn’t tell her my actual concerns and what I needed. I’ll say she might’ve been stressed and tired since she mentioned her "brain was not working" I ended up changing doctors and location for next time.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Melanie Renee De Guzman MD. and Olga Bravo MA, is Dr. De Guzman's assistant. Both are very cold, and have no compassion for there patients. While having my vitals checked Olga was very cold and short with her directions and answers (very uncaring). Once Dr. De Guzman came in to examine me, she was just as uncaring and uncompassionate as Olga. I felt very uncomfortable with both of them, and I told Dr. De Guzman that I didn't want her to examine me, and she said that was fine, and really didn't care how I felt. I have been with Kaiser for over 40 years, and I have never felt so unsafe and uncared for.

The Milpitas laboratory is easy to access, although parking can be a challenge sometimes. The staff is always kind and helpful. I have a pretty easy to find vein so it always goes smoothly for me. Most days it is a 8-10 minute wait. The pharmacy is in the same area so one could get a prescription filled once the blood draw is done.
