Took Covid and flu shots on a week day. Everything was done in 5 min. In addition to flu and covid shots, they guided well on HPV vaccines too. Timelines between all three doses and the care that needs to be taken while taking each dose. Much recommended!

I had a vision issue at night. The on-call ophthalmologist, Dr. Ku, identified it as an urgent, but not immediate, issue. She fit me in to her schedule the next day. She was empathetic, clear, and reassuring. Very competent. I left feeling confident in the diagnosis and prognosis. The problem has since resolved.

I visited the office on 12/5 and arrived at 1:07 p.m. The receptionist, Elizabeth Perez, was engaged in a conversation with someone, which caused a delay and created a long line. By the time she finished and processed the patients ahead of me, it was 1:15 p.m. She then told me, in an accusatory tone, that I was "late" and could not see the doctor. When I explained that the delay was due to her conversation, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a patronizing, unprofessional manner. This is the first time I have experienced such treatment at any medical facility. I have visited this location many times, have always arrived early, and have often waited past my scheduled appointment time—on my last visit by more than 30 minutes. This shows that even if I had been checked in at 1:00 p.m., I would not have been seen by the doctor at 1:07 p.m. or even 1:15 p.m. Yet when I was only seven minutes late, I was treated rudely and denied care. I have filed a formal complaint with Kaiser. I am documenting this incident to ensure there is a record of this behavior in case similar issues arise for other patients in the future.

I was listened to. Dr Nekudova spent extra time speaking with me that went beyond my appointment window. I was heard and helped. I felt better afterward.

Dr. Sheridan and her staff are fantastic! Friendly, warm and caring. Dr. Sheridan is thorough .. I felt well cared for and heard.

Dr. Gong is an absolute professional. She is kind, listens to her patients, empathetic and I feel truly in partnership with her. I am very lucky to have found her.

Excellent visit. All staff are polite. The doctor is very clear on what to look for and what will be done and give me clear results that's very easy to understand. Overall excellent experience.
