Not very friendly customer service. I asked about a same day bouquet, and she came back with $100 price! Unbelievable! On the other hand, Dixon Florist was able to deliver quality and price! Not a custom bridal bouquet, no budget was discussed. Love the negative feedback from your owner. Just proves you have crappy customer service.

I requested a custom order online from K & M Floral. They were extremely accommodating with my time frame for delivery. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and beyond my expectations! Thank you K & M for making a beautiful centerpiece that definitely added to the special environment I was trying to create for my event. I received many compliments from my quests! I will absolutely make K & M my go-to florist for now on.

Always great customer service! I live in Oregon, and have used K&M Floral a couple of times, to send my best friend flowers, and they always deliver in every aspect!!! They’re always super nice also! Above and beyond service (and flowers)! I placed an order with K and M Floral online for same day delivery. I ordered a floral arrangement for the passing of a family friend. In my rush to order the flowers, I accidentally chose a vase that was for a celebrating a new born. They reached out and offered to swap the vase out for me since I had noted it was for a funeral. The attention to detail and customer service is top notch. I will be back to buy more flowers from them.

I'm really grateful to K&M for helping me with the flowers for my dad's funeral. I had never ordered flowers before and wasn't familiar with terms nor did I even know what kinds of flowers I wanted! All I said was that my dad liked blue and the employee showed me a beautiful standing spray in the catalog. I wanted two, and as pictured they were a little out of my price range. However, the employee worked with my budget and I was able to get my 3 arrangements and all boutonnieres and they were all GORGEOUS. Delivery couldn't have been smoother and the blooms have just lasted and lasted. Honestly, I never really thought flowers were very important before this experience, but I have totally changed my mind--in fact I pre-arranged some floral deliveries for my family for important dates this year, which is something I never would have done before. Thank you, K&M!

I purchased this bouquet online from New Hampshire for my daughter in California. I searched for a local florist and they came up with a great rating and delivery options that fulfilled my request. I wanted next day hand delivery and it was available. After searching their ready prepared bouquets, I decided on the "So Sweet" flowers. My daughter received them the next day and was very happy about her surprise. She shared a photo and they were gorgeous and just what I ordered. I am very happy with your selection, prices and delivery options. Thank you for delivering on what you promised and advertised. It was greatly appreciated!

i missed my kids’ recital d/t me being pretty ill, and quickly ordered flower bouquets for them when they came home. i asked K&M if they could accommodate a different color scheme for each bouquet as designer choice. wow did K&M deliver!!! beautifully burlap wrapped, color schemes perfect for my kids, and delivered to my house in a couple hours!!! bravo!!! you made me so happy with your service, i am recommending you guys to everyone now
