Such a great store. I'm so happy they still have them around. Especially that they are still in store shopping. There's something about the experience of just browsing through and reading all the shirts and looking at all the cool trinkets. They're definitely just as much fun to shop in as I remembered from being younger. And Brittany was a huge help. Very kind and suggested we sign up online to receive discounts. We didn't even know about so that was great

Bad service. I wasn’t aware of a product that fell in my bag. I returned it and they said that I’m no longer allowed to even pay for something there. I even left my bags on a table out in the open and they still didn’t let me enter. I left there crying. No point in going to the Wellington mall if you can’t go in your favorite store

Had awesome flashbacks to my days in the late 90s at Hot Topic while my tween shopped yesterday. Experience made even better by staff that helped her save money on her purchase AND by Mason who not only secured my phone I left at the counter but also charged it for me before I picked it up the next day! Seriously, the store is as fun as it always has been, but this particular store has a special team of employees that need kudos for their sweetness and thoughtfulness.

We were in about a week ago and helped by the manager. When we couldn’t find a top in the size we needed, she showed us a few similar options in store and checked for it online. My teen is indecisive but she was very patient with her. We are in the area about every two weeks and make it a point to go by the store to see what’s new! Everyone’s always been extremely friendly, helpful, and for the amount of stuff they sell - very organized and clean!

We will not be back with their ridiculous mask policy. The governor ended the mask mandate but these people are still trying to force us to wear a mask.

Everything in this store is super cute. I wish I could buy it all. The quality of the apparel is surprisingly great, especially the items ordered online. The staff are friendly and the flow of the store works for the amount of product they were able to display. There are definitely way more items available online, but I love the in store experience better.

I love how nice all the employees are, and hot topic is basically my favorite store. My first time there! They have everything in my clothing style, it’s honestly heaven for me<3
