Walmart Supercenter

This has been an ongoing problem for over a year....whenever I get groceries delivered (8/10 times) I get damaged, expired or even opened food. Yeah refund is nice and all, but who cares when I can't eat money? I want what I ordered to arrive how it should....Management is reached out several times that this has happened but they never fix anything or keep their word (if they did this wouldn't keep happening). Avoid this location unless you're ordering household items or picking up the food yourself....

Will say they have a wide variety of merchandise and food available at lower prices than some other retailers , customer service is lacking greatly and the fact that one is given no choice but to ring up own items is ludacris. An older couple in front of me struggled to do so then had to wait and wait for corrections to be made on machine by (Walmart employee)customer service representative. Very sad! After all I'm sure cashier training is or once was applicable when being employed as one , so really seems unfitting for untrained customers to do it ! That's all ....except rude employees that basically refuse to help or they just pass the buck to another worker. Once left w/o what I came for b/c couldn't get anyone to open case up in automotive.

This place is a bit rough, got what was needed and boogied. Stocked shelves and the expected variety of groceries. Self checkout went quick.

See the bathrooms could be updated and cleaning more often. Need to utilize the cash register space by maximize the space for cash registers & self-serve Employees need to park the vehicles in a employees parking area. Employees need to smoke in a designated area Employees need to dress in a professional manner.

Do not order grocery online or for pick up terrible terrible terrible. They are quick to charge your card but to get them to actually deliver them to you or bring them out is a huge drawn out mess that can take 48 hrs and if you cancel the order it’s 7-10 business days for money back it’s a joke

Nice little Walmart had everything.And then some actually is a pretty good size walmart and had a lot of newer style clothing and very clean , no issues with check out or finding anything in the store customer service was on point

Wish I could rate 0. I went to pick up beer and because the person with me didn’t have her ID we were denied buying it. Sent her outside and I retrieved another case and went to the other check out lanes to buy it. After ringing it up, the gal told me you were denied at the other registers because we did not have id’s for both people. I went to another store, no ID for either of us needed, I saved two dollars per case which if I would have bought one case, same price as Walmart, and no ID. Guess I’ll buy there and not have to show my id at 63. 😊. Maybe even look for other deals and stop shopping Walmart.
