Cameron at Target truly went above and beyond. I was looking for electric hand warmers and even though he didn’t have to, he took the time to check inventory, offer alternatives, and genuinely tried to help me find what I needed. He was patient, kind, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. Customer service like that is rare and very appreciated — Target is lucky to have him!

I went to the tech part of the store twice in a month and Prome was so very helpful. I am not tech savy and she SHOWED me how to navigate multiple issues I was having with my new phone. Keep this girl happy, she makes non tech savy people happy.

Went to this location and it was packed. I was expecting a terrible experience so close to Christmas but boy was I wrong. Had to do an exchange and a return and Jericho ( I think that was his name) tall nice black guy was awesome. He really helped us out a lot. Very patient and helped us with a smile. I went with my cousin and rarely shop Target but after that experience Meijer might be in trouble. Will definitely go to this one again

Went to go Christmas shopping here with my wife who is handicapped. Asked for an amigo cart and was informed by the guy at the front door that they dont have them anymore. That with their higher than normal prices and scrappy attitudes makes it to where we won't shop there again

Amy at customer service was annoying and rude. I needed to do a return and make a new purchase. The line took 45 minutes. I get to the front of the line and she does the return. Then tells me to get back in line at check out because she has a line. Ok I just stood in line for dang near an hour why can’t they.

I visited yesterday morning, the store was organized not too busy. The male cashier was helpful but had little to no sense of urgency, which made checkout SLOW MOTION..

As a shipt shopper the new checkout process is HORRIBLE! we are now required to stand in checkout lines only to have an associate SCAN prepaid orders. I waited 11 minutes only for the associates scanner to not work. She had to get the scanner from the associate from self checkout who denied helping me. We have time frames to deliver orders. Slow service affects timeliness of deliveries. As a result WE receive low ratings.
