So Ash from the Visalia California location gave me exceptional service went far beyond any expectations and accomplished amazing customer service answering every question and being very helpful thank you Ash and also another worker there Jack was Very pleasant and kind both of these workers were outstanding thank you 5 star service

Longtime customer and never really write reviews but I came here last night for an online pickup order and was really happy with the help I got from an employee I didn’t get his name but he had great customer service. my boyfriend loved his Jeff the land shark shirt and Nirvana shirt The staff is always so nice here. Rude worker with scene hair who looks 30 , I told her excuse me and proceeded to almost bump into me while making a weird face. After that happened she proceeded ask a guy if he needed help all nicely. Damn girl…all I wanted was to get my funko lol.

The employees are really helpful and friendly. Ordering my son a shirt to be sent to my house for free. And gave us a discount with coupons for next time we visit the store. The experience is 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 however you want to do the measurements. It was a delightful experience and I would enjoy going back.

The store in visalia had all the items I needed fir Christmas. 🙂

My sister and I always shop here and everyone is always so awesome. We love sebastian he's always so personable. Everyone does a great job. One of our favorite places at the mall for sure.

Zach is ALWAYS open and friendly. He remembers his regular customers and will guide us to things he believes that we will enjoy. The openness of the staff while dealing with a customer who uses a service dog to mitigate my disability is AMAZING. I always feel welcome there.
