Super Fantasy Land

Dude with the beard needs to either get out and touch grass or work in a different environment. The immediate condescending tone while simply asking how much a single pack of Pokemon cards was not only unwanted, but straight out rude. I don’t care if you know you’re history and believe weak product didn’t "suck", you need to work on your customer service. We were actually going to buy some cards even at your ridiculous price, but with your cheap and nasty attitude you lost a purchase from me bud! And btw; the phantasmal flames set you made it seem I could not get my hands on at retail, I did! Ha! Pulled a charizard too. Don’t shop here. You don’t know how interact with potential customers. Place sucks.

This place needs to leave our city. Stopped by around 3 PM today with my family. We walked in because the store looked interesting, but it was a huge mistake. As soon as we entered, I heard an employee—a bearded guy with glasses—trash-talking a customer. He was ranting about how he's from Glendale and hates working here, saying Glendale is richer and explicitly calling people in Santa Clarita "pitiful." I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so I just said, "Well, that depends on what you're looking for." Instead of dropping it, he snapped at me, insisted Santa Clarita is garbage compared to Glendale, cursed at me, and told us to get out. He refused to give his name, but looking at other reviews, it seems like he does this all the time. Management, are you even paying attention? You're letting this person drive customers away. Avoid this place unless you want your day ruined.

If there was a way to give this place 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I are avid collectors and stopped by here after our date at the Cheesecake Factory nearby. He was just curious about the guardians rising ETB and the employee immediately said "That’s a 480 dollar ETB" in the most condescending tone, as if we couldn’t afford it. My boyfriend (totally ignorant of his tone) proceeds to ask him if they price match with tcg as most vendors and reputable card shops do. The employee hears the tcgplayer and gets an aneurism and is so rude to us saying no and proceeds to try and mansplain the Pokemon market. Little does he know we both vend a considerable amount and foster a strong Pokemon community here in SCV. At this point my boyfriend was catching on to his rudeness, and is just talking to me privately saying we can just get this on tcg or ebay. The employee overhears us and throws a bigger fit saying he already has a buyer lined up so he’s gonna refuse to sell to us (sure you do buddy). We weren’t going to buy it anyways after that condescending and aggressive tone. This place preys on novices to the hobby. Any locals in SCV should not bother going inside. As we were walking out the door, he kept saying he has a buyer for his asking price which was way over market. not sure who was asking him but he kept saying it lol

Do not trust this place for funkos place has a bunch of fakes and they’ll charge you overpriced funko pops after seeing the price was $12 for one the guy up front said it was 24$! Had derpy tiger preordered from the actual funko shop and this trash was in there store on the left.

I stopped by this Super Fantasy Land today just randomly since I was waiting for my wife while she was shopping at one of the stores outside of Valencia Town Center. I saw some Halloween decorations on the windows display from the second floor so when I got closer, I saw that this place is a Super Fantasy Land. They had a sign that said grand opening so they just open at some point. The place has a lot of space inside and it looked like they are still setting up. I talked to one of the worker and he told me that they just open this location while having 2 other locations at Northridge and Glendale. He told me this location will likely become their main store over the Northridge one soon. They have tons of Funko Pops, pictures, artwork, props, trading cards and many more collectibles stuff. The employees were really friendly with me and I didn't have any issues while in the store. I'll be sure to come back when they are fully settled in but so far it looked like a decent store. Their price can vary because I heard sometime they are more expensive than other places.

Super fantasy Land…More like Super Bammer Land. Bought my kids a couple toys and when we opened my daughters it looked like it was pulled out of a trash can with the limbs falling off. Asked them if they could t swap it out for a different one and they told me it wasn’t it a big deal not all toys are perfect. Don’t worry tho he reinstalled the front leg backwards and gave it back. Thanks to him daughter is now playing with a paraplegic chase from paw patrol…Bottom notch service.

I felt immediately unwelcome as the first time I entered the store the guy behind the counter left a customer to follow me as soon as I entered. I returned to the shop later thinking it was a misunderstanding. There were other people in the shop and people that walked in right behind me. This time a girl behind the counter immediately came out when I entered and only followed me. Both times I didn't even fully get into the store so I can't speak on the items or prices. But I can speak on the how absolutely disgusting it is to be followed and watched as if I am going to take something.
