It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to. Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
I’m giving one star because of the horrible customer service that the management team has. I went to buy a sweatshirt and an adorable skirt. Kyliah was so helpful and kind to me, but as she was about to check me out, the manager said that she had to be the one to ring me up. I was spending near 100 dollars and her explanation was that since I knew Kyliah, she had to be the one to check me out. I knew she was just trying to take the sale away from her cashier. Not a team player at all. The manager was standing right over her shoulder watching her so she would’ve easily been able to see if she tried to do anything. Unbelievable behavior. I decided to just not buy anything at all.
Great store. Perfect place to find funky and different types of cloths and accessories. The young guy working there was extremely helpful. There was a jacket with detachable sleeves we wanted. But they didn't have the size we want. He ordered it online for us. He went above and beyond regular customer service. The register was having issues and he calmly worked through it, called who ever it was that needed to help him. Through it all he kept his composure and was very apologetic in a sincere way, even though he didn't need to be. We were still looking around and adding stuff to our order. He also made sure we got all the deals. I didn't know the dresses were buy one get one for a $1. So we took up even more of his time by picking out another dress. Very good experience. When we go back to pick up our jacket, I'll find out what his name is.
I give this two stars because I had a bad experience with this worker named Davina she completely ignored me! And had an attitude with me the whole time, she just looked so disinterested and annoyed that I was in there. Thankfully the other ladies were nice.
The manager I spoke with the day after my son's birthday party at a nearby venue was very kind and understanding unlike the employee I spoke with over the phone the day prior. My son had lost a bit of his birthday money and had been digging around in his pockets in this store. I simply asked that she take a look to see if he might of dropped it. The lady refused and said there was no money that they had already looked before I called, this struck me as odd. If she would have attempted to show the least bit of concern, like maybe asking me to hold on to take a minute to check or anything I would not have felt the need to call the manager the next day. I will not be back for a while. It's because of the Manager's kindness and extraordinary customer support that I give this business 3 stars.
Went to this location and was not happy with customer service. I felt like i was bothering them, and didn't feel like a valued customer. I didn't buy anything, due to the fact that i felt like they didn't earn my dollar. I do have to say, that not all associates were like that. before i walked out, an associate came out and was working on displays, and before we walked out, asked she could help us with anything. Super friendly associate, and made me feel that it could be a great place to shop, but by then i was already burnt out waiting for help. I believe that when you walk in a store, your business should she be key in obtaining, or at best making feel like you would want to come back and shop some more if you didn't find your item. In this day and age, and with all that is going on in our country, most will hold on to their money, but when you receive great customer service, you don't mind spending. My hats off to the 1 associate that mades us feel welcome, but to the others, i sorry to say, but you didnt earn my business. There is hope though. All that needs to be done is work on customer service quickly or I'm afraid many other customers will feel as we did when we shopped at your store. Happy Holidays, and I know you can fix this simple issue, and be a great store.
Never had a bad experience in the past , so the other day I felt like this employee Davina was watching my every move and felt like anything I touched she rushed over to fix , and she didn't even greet me or ask if I need help finding anything. Next visit if she's working I aint going in there.
