Hot Topic

Excellent, the guy working at the counter went out of his way to find the tee shirts my little girl wanted. When she told him she already had the shirts he showed her, he went to the front and found her shirts he hadn’t put out yet. We really appreciate him for doing that. He went above and beyond to find her Sleep Token and Ghost band shirts for her.

They are extremely helpful and affable at the Hot Topic in Franklin Park Mall. They have so many cool things in this store but I mainly go there to get my fingernail polish. Its BOGO pretty much all the time and they have the coolest colors! They are all in skull bottles, why I don't know and I really don't care. The polish there is awesome and it lasts longer than many higher priced polishes that I buy. This store is worth you dropping into anytime you're at the mall. You can actually find some cool things that are not super expensive. Great place to pick up novelty items and cool tshirts. Kinda like "Spencer's" back in the day but more up to date.

Great store for band shirts and anime stuff. Love this store as a teen and love bringing my teen children to enjoy the store

i was greeted when i went into the store by the NICEST worker who then helped me out and went above and beyond duties! i was spending my birthday alone at the mall and this worker absolutely made my day. My receipt says that their name was Al. Al was an amazing person to meet and such a great worker.

Went to buy a nose ring the case the rings are on are sealed when I asked for it out of the case it was instantly brought to the register had no time to closely look at it and was not told until after I had already left the store and purchased it that there was a no return policy. Had they said something to me BEFORE purchasing it I would’ve made the worker let me get a better look of it. Had absolutely no warning or signs about the policy. Feels like I got conned

Great selection great staff. Friendly and helpful. I visited yesterday to look for Naruto items for my sons and when I asked a young man for help he was helpful and absolutely adorable. Brown hair. I don't remember his name but I felt like I was talking to a friend. Keep up the good work! Happy New Year

Every time I come here the employees are just so cringe. Idk how else to describe it besides that. I once had an employee here describe an anime girl as a "freak" because I bought some merch🤢. I’ve never had an issue with a hot topic before, the people that work here are just extremely weird. Always manage to send a shiver down my spine when I visit this location
