Franklin Park Mall

Franklin Mall is a great place to go shopping since it has so many stores. The ancore stores are JCPenny, Dillard's (Macy's closed) Dicks, and Cinemark. If you get hungry, you can grab a snack at the food court. They have many choices like chick-fil-a and Auntie Anne's etc. ​If your kids get bored there is a play area and a train for kids to ride. The mall is very clean and safe, which makes it a great place to walk around. You can also stay late to watch a movie at Cinemark or play games at Dave & Buster’s. I definitely enjoy visiting this mall. If you want to visit a mall that is not dead this is the place to go.

This mall was surprisingly busy with just about every storefront occupied! It had all the typical shopping mall stores with a very large foodcourt of about a dozen different options. I was offered samples as I walked past a couple of them. I was here on a rainy day and to my surprise there's even parking garages with covered parking which was great! This mall is a good way to spend a day shopping or just going on a nice indoor walk.

Always been a very clean mall with lots of shopping. Just try to avoid purchasing from the kiosks in the center isles. They sell over priced TikTok shop items & will be gone once the season is done with so if you have an issue you won’t be able to find them for a return. The food court is a 10/10! Plenty of options and along with a nice movie theater.

Franklin Park is a very nice mall with an awesome fountain. Lots of stores to choose from, and food court has a wide selection of food options. I will definitely be coming back.

I was there with a large party of people about 14 people took us over two hours to get our food. They were under staff overworked ran out of food for our inconvenience. Manager did try to cop us, but it was nowhere near worth the time we had to wait no apologies. Were enough for the long wait time I spent over $150 on my bill for terrible service and wait time.

It’s the go-to spot in Toledo when you just need some retail therapy! You can find everything, from a quick Starbucks stop to a full shopping spree at Sephora, Macy’s, and H&M. The only problem? You’ll "just run in for one thing" and somehow leave with five shopping bags and no idea where your money went 😅. Parking is usually easy, but weekends can feel like a Black Friday preview. Still, it’s clean, safe, and has plenty of food options when you need to recharge (Chick-fil-A never disappoints). Definitely the best mall around Toledo!

Clean mall with great stores!! We went shopping here and found lots of great clothes for my 14 year old granddaughter, plus lots of fun other things to buy. I would recommend.
