Love a traditional mall! Clean , inviting walkway vendors friendly _ engaging but not too pushy, Dillard's clerks are personal and classy

Best mall in town. The mall scene across America is fading. This one isn't as great as it was in its hey day but its the best we have. If you have any value for malls at all, please patronize this a store in here. The food court is still as amazing as ever.

The plaza itself is okay (Cross Creek Square), with several restaurants. It wasn't busy on Thursday. Lynn's Oriental Market is why I ended up in this plaza! People, if you're interested in an Asian food grocery store, this is the place! Y'all, it's worth the 55-minute drive!

Depending on your reasons for visiting the mall, it's okay I guess. It has changed drastically over the years. There are more food courts downstairs than anything else. It's a shadow of its hey days. I miss the water fountain they had there, along with the shrimp pocket. A lot of the senior citizens use it as a safe walking area mostly they walk upstairs.

I tried to leave this for Jordan Jewelers, the kiosk right near sephora. But apparently they removed their listing so people cant call out their bigotry. I've been getting harassed by the guy running the kiosk for months now. I'll walk by and he will point his phone at me like he's taking pictures. I dont see him doing this to anyone but white girls but when I reported it to his company, he was still allowed to work there. Yesterday I saw him refuse service to a group of white guys who wanted to ask questions about the jewelry. He turned his back, refused to acknowledge them and played on his phone. They talked louder thinking he just couldn't hear them and he continued to ignore them and refuse service. This guy is a bigot and a racist. This company is going to get slapped with a massive discrimination lawsuit. In America that is illegal.

Been going to this mall for many years and seen its downfall. Most of these 5 star reviews have no words so they were most likely begged to do it. For those visiting. The food court is the best part. Our anchor stores have failed and left or are not doing well . New fashion does not reach this mall and even Starbucks left. You’ll have more fun at Target or Walmart.
