Music Go Round

Been going to this specific spot for about a decade now. Always amazing experiences and great staff; Management. Today I bought a Traveler Guitar Travelcaster. I got a great deal and this will be useful tool for me in 2026 while I travel to many places and meet many new people or even old friends. Thank you. Also.. proud to me the 209th review!! I met Tim the manager of the store and he was very helpful and accommodating. I traded and sold some unused guitar amps and speakers. I walked away with a nice Sony turntable that Tim had personally refurbished that works and sounds brand new. The staff at this Music Go Round are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s well worth the drive to shop there.

Tim the GM went above and beyond to address my shipping issue with UPS. The item was supposed to be delivered on 3/11 and a week later it shows up after contacting a nearby UPS store last night. Highly recommend Music Go Around Stockton, Tim and his helpful staff!

Not only is this a super cool music store with instruments and equipment it’s also a sick venue! The entire crew is so welcoming and friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We need more spots like this one!

I was contacted by the manager after reviewing 1 unpleasant experience I had there. He quickly called me and sought out how to remedy my experience there. While the store has a great inventory and layout, my experience with the staff was a bit mixed. When I had a question about a feature on one of the guitars, the first staff member I spoke to seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist, which left a poor impression. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and ensured I felt comfortable exploring the thing I was curious about. Their professionalism and patience made a big difference in my overall experience. Even though I didn’t make a purchase that day, I appreciate the efforts of the staff member who provided excellent service. I’d recommend this store for its selection and suggest more consistency in customer service across the team to ensure all visitors feel welcome.
