So friendly! So very helpful! My aon and i went in here the other day. The girls working were kind enough to help me find a shirt id been wanting for awhile. Informed me it was buy 2 get 1 free so my son got some new shirts as well. Couldnt have had a better expierence. Absolutly recommend this hot topic to anyone.

The kids that work at this Hot Topic are always so nice and professional. They go out of their way to assist you. Something I dearly appreciate these days.

If you have any desire to get anything you order ship to the store. I urge you to just have them. Send it to your house. The first time I tried this. It lost my order completely. And I wasn't able to give my daughter her Christmas present. They did nothing to resolve this, now the second time we're looking at 2 weeks to move one simple item that was promised to be delivered within 3 days.... They need to do better than this.

The female employee with the tattoos is AMAZING! She's extremely friendly, gorgeous, and I felt absolutely no judgement. Also, the Stockton location has more items than some other Hot Topics I have been to. I am a 90s kid who loves goth and emo fashion and this is one Hot Topic that still has a decent selection (in various sizes) that I loved. Good balance in the store as my teen stepdaughter loves the Hello Kitty section. Whole store is also very clean and organized. I could tell she was training the other cashier, who might've been very new or nervous because the customer service quality was almost a complete 180. But I will definitely return to the Stockton location for that one beautiful woman with the bada** ink.

Other times I've been here I've been made uncomfortable by the way I'm constantly being told the specials and followed around but today was different. They greeted me when I came in which is fine I dont mind and occasionally asked once if I was finding everything okay. Also at the register I was told of a promotion that would benefit me which made my experience really good. Definitely will look forward to going again.
