Ohh nooo today was my fourth trip in two weeks and have spent thousands for my new home. Today was the worst experience this far!! If an cashier can't loft or move items they really shouldn't be checking folks out!! Todays large purchase was for our temporary start at temp apartment suitation. The older women. Let's call her P and that's her first in initial. I am always happy to jnllad my cart and place it all back in my cart. But wow she couldnt even lift my empty plastic kitchen garbage can and laundry detergent. I mean she didn't even give me all my bags as she was so worried about my large stuff she didn't give me small stuf. She may be to old or needs restraining. I now have a missing bag of sundries and have to come back. That's not a good start to my new life here!!
This target has very nice cashiers and helpful associates walking around the store. The drive up attendants have especially been wonderful and quick. They usually say things like, "have a nice day, take care." However, I’m only giving 4 stars because my husband and I haven’t had a great experience with the return desk associates. We’ve been there a few times now, and it seems like they are grumpy about the returns (even when they’ve been straight forward and clear).
Honestly, the store itself is just fine and the products are fun to browse. I am easily able to find whatever I am needing. The problem, and reasoning for my three star rating is with some of the staff. I wish I had gotten the name of one of the employees. It blew me away with how disrespectful he was. First off, my mom and I were trying to look and shop while maneuvering through large boxes and staff that were restocking (understandable). My mom was pushing the cart, trying to find specific products when one of the staff members (younger male) was right behind her, almost stepping on her feet. Instead of politely saying, "Excuse me, please", my mom had to ask if he needed to get past ... His reply (sarcastic): "Uhmm, yeah... Pretty much...!" I could not believe that response to not only my mom, but a paying customer. Please, tell me that Target has standards for professionalism when hiring staff... Not all have been unkind, but that incident was completely unacceptable. What happened to manners?
TW: Being Followed. The 1⭐️ is for what happened; not for Target or their management team. Yesterday I stopped in to pick up items, almost immediately on my first item (women’s razors) I noticed a guy closely behind me. I didn’t think much because perhaps he was picking something up for a partner or family member. But after two - three other completely different aisles I noticed him close to me (with no basket, cart or items in his hand) I knew he was following me. At one point I turned and we made eye contact and he got awkward and I walked passed him. This happened the whole duration I was in the store until I quickly hurried to check out. I wish I trusted myself to confront him or a store manager. So disgusting to feel unsafe as a customer. He was young (~18) male white with blondish brown curly hair and a blue/gray tee shirt, jeans and sneakers. Ladies, trust yourself & be observant of your surroundings. I have reported this and their MGMT is aware.
Well stocked. The clearance section was great. Good selection of winter apparel.
Target will forever be my happy place. They have everything from home goods to clothes to snacks, and somehow I always find something new every time I go. It’s so much fun to shop here and just be a girl—whether I’m picking up essentials or treating myself, I never leave empty-handed. The store feels like a mix of practicality and fun, which makes every trip worth it.
Why does this Target ALWAYS look like a bomb went off!? I will go there first thing in the morning and it looks like this. It’s always like this! I just moved here from Las Vegas where there are like 20 Targets and I’ve never seen any of them look like this. It’s such an unpleasant shopping experience. Either hire more people or open a second Target. I feel like this Target is so busy that the poor employees can’t keep up with the work load!
