The office is a warm open environment with friendly knowledgeable staff. The signup process was easy. The Doctors take the time to hear your concerns. The adjustments are good and I felt relief within a few moments. I would highly recommend them. Even if you have a regular chiropractor. They are very convenient with their walk in service.

Dr. Cox is in Monday and Saturdays and I highly recommend his expertise. He was able to adjust everything that the northern offices have been unable to correct. I'm beyond impressed with his work. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant as well. Even wished me happy Holidays and merry Christmas. Felt very inviting and the office smelled really clean upon walking in. Love this location very much. Thank you!!!

The fact that I was able to walk in and be seen is a awesome thing in it's self ! The chiropractor I Saw was very helpful he made the adjustment and he then took the time to talk to me about preventing the same thing from happening again . And the Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and easy to talk with.

The best team. Dr Douglas Markham is amazing. The whole group. Very knowledgeable. I've been going to them for about 2 months. Had an MRI recently and was told my alignment was perfect! I've felt better and had more energy

It was my first visit and the staff was really understanding and welcoming. The treatment is also very affordable as a college student w no health insurance. They are understanding and make all different types of patients feel comfortable.

Very friendly. They were playing with my kids. And very patient. First visit and they were amazing. Felt very lose and relaxed when I left. When I went to the back he informed me what was going to happened and made sure he understood what my situation. And continued to keep me informed as we went. My boyfriend has also been going and has been loving it. He can move better now and noticed a difference. He had gone to different places and never seen any improvement until this place. Fantastic staff!!

Had a pretty unfortunate experience here. I started experiencing some pain in my shoulder on a Sunday night and sought treatment at The Joint on Wednesday morning. I was in a lot of pain prior to my adjustment, but the pain became absolutely unbearable afterward. I ended up in the ER the next day — since it was Thanksgiving and nothing else was open. The ER doctor took X-rays and told me that my titanium plate (from a surgery 8 years ago to correct a clavicle fracture) had broken in half, and the collarbone underneath was also fractured. I ultimately needed surgery to replace the plate and repair my clavicle again. After reaching out to Dr. Markham, I didn’t hear back until a week later, after I texted and called the office again. In my personal opinion, I had no obvious accident, fall, or force to my clavicle recently that could have caused the break, so the timing concerned me. I cannot say what caused it, but the increase in pain immediately after the adjustment made me worry about the situation. Dr. Markham told me he did not believe the adjustment contributed and felt it was more likely related to long-term wear or lifting my twin babies. Before I left the office after the adjustment, he was confident I had frozen shoulder and strongly encouraged me to sign up for a membership (which I did and later canceled). Based on my experience, I personally will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic for anyone experiencing significant pain.
