Smith's Marketplace

I bought a bag a grapes that was $7.59 & not very heavy & when I got home I noticed huge green mold spores in several grapes as well as a mold film over the entire bag. This had to have been sitting there for days without any Produce worker noticing. I called produce, customer service, no answer, called again the 5th time & asked for a manager to their automated service & finally someone picked up. I let them know the problem with the grapes & they didn't seem to care much & said I can bring them back "IF" I wanted a refund. Who wouldn't want a refund for moldy grapes. Seems like managers need to Manage their employees better. This shouldn't happen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean and well-organized store with a great layout. I didn’t do a full grocery trip this time as I’m in town for work on an extended stay, so I just stocked up on some snacks. Grapes and apples were both on sale, and they have these yogurts I really enjoy. Check-out was super quick and simple. Overall, a calm and easy shopping experience — definitely one of the better Smith’s locations in southern Utah.

Nice large store, designed nicely so there's plenty of room for people to pass by you in the aisles. Beautiful butcher and deli areas as well as nice fresh produce. The staff are very friendly and polite as well. Love that it has clothing.

Had a great experience with Dax and Candy today when I accidentally left my bag of groceries behind. She brought my bag out to me in the parking lot, and remembered my name too! Honestly great customer service here and I’ve been shopping here since the store opened. Great Service!

Tammy is PHENOMENAL. We had the best customer experience ever with her. Our cake turned out fantastic and she really brightened our day!!

Smith's is an upscale grocery store. Cheaper than harmons, but more expensive than Walmart. But their hot food seems to be fresh, and is really good. They also have options for sushi made in house. As well as a Starbucks pharmacy and all of the things that come with the typical grocery store. Great for quick shopping trips or large stock ups.

I know that I can rely on Smith's for their outstanding produce. It's always fresh! I don't have any complaints , they're the best. Employees are always helpful, and have a smile. Great job Smith's staff.
