Last Stop CD Shop

This place is great. I have bought several of the used Nintendo Switch consoles and they have an awesome 90 day guarantee. Haven't had an issue with one. This is also where I buy all of my dvds, Blu-ray, vhs tapes and games for any console. Been shopping here for over 20 years and plan to keep shopping there.

Great place for all of your physical media needs! I have shopped here for many years, even back when they were still across the street. Great selection of records, cds, movies, games, and books. You never know what you might find there. While the East Side location has more inventory, I prefer shopping at this location. You can check their inventory online, and reserve items to pickup in store. As well as if you are at one location and they don't have an item, they will call over to the other store to have them set it aside for you. While the employees are never super chatty, (but I don't blame them, they're always busy taking in used items from customers), they're always nice and happy to help. I've never had a bad experience shopping here.

Nice to see that people like me still like these items! Entertainment... you name it from dvds to cds to video games, consoles, accessories, lps, collectibles. Cool place. Cds little pricey at 7 bucks each, but very large, nicely organized selection. Kinda busy when I was there, so good for them for keeping these items going!

I love this place. Staff is always helpful. Very attentive and they listen. I stopped in to see if they had a movie I wanted and they did. They reminded me of my stamps and I got it for free. It was wonderful. Better than I expected. They put customers first.

I really likes this place for a nostalgic selection of video games and music. They are very fair and seem closely owned. I would rather give them my money than purchase from a big box or online.

I have moved to DSM, IA and drive back 4 hours just to go to Last Stop. There is nothing like it in Des Moines, but I am happy to go back to support a local business. Prices are wonderfully fair and the selection is second to none. There is something here for every gamer, reader, and music lover.

I love this place they have all kinds of stuff. We found a used snes for a good price. It works and we've been playing non stop. Would definitely recommend you'd check it out
