Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City

I just don’t understand how a regular person that goes in to the same place at least 3 times a day if not more. sometimes a little less still gets carded. I have been going there every day for years spent thousands there a day even and they act like they don’t even know me. I’m not sure why they refuse to recognize ragular that has done nothing to them. same employees working see me every day, Say hi to me every day And yet they still card me and deny service to me because I don’t have an ID. They should always be polite and courteous remember their Ragulars You shouldn’t need to be carded every day a few times a day especially when you’re someone like me and is there all the time which I have an ID on my iPhone in my apple Wallet they still card me even the manager comes up to me today and asked me why I was in there if I got denied because I didn’t have an ID. I was just going to go get my ride to give me the keys to the car so I can wait for them in the car so I wouldn’t be dramatic and start a scene. This place definitely makes you feel not welcome and you feel like a stranger every time and honestly very uncomfortable. Not one time have they apologize to me for being so rude and not welcoming me in or making me feel like I’m doing something wrong when I’m just spending all my money at this place, basically supporting their wages and still make me feel like a nobody. I don’t know if they have some kind of vendetta against me. I don’t know if they are being prejudice or whatever the hell it is there’s people that I know that look way younger than me and never once get carded. They don’t even get carded when they hit jackpot. I don’t think they even have an ID and they still go in every day and they get greeted every day with a smile, but as soon as I come, I feel like it’s like a problem for them I have never done anything. I’ve always been very nice always smiling at everybody and always spending money and not one time have I been comped a room even Even when I hit jackpots. The last time I hit a $10,000 jackpot we got immediately kicked out which I was fine with because I want to walk out with my money but that is exactly how rude this place is they’re very snotty. They think they’re better than everybody else or at least me I think they’ve comped me 20 bucks a couple times. I don’t know why’s they have to be so rude Rude. I honestly think their racial profiling or just hate me for some weird reason and don’t even tell me why because if I did something wrong, I would’ve been kicked out but I’m obviously not but they do want to kick me out. I bet which is very hurtful because like I said, never done anything to them, but spend my money on them And they still never recognize me like I am just a nobody. This is the third time I leave a review about them and yet they still don’t do anything about it. It’s like the HR office laughed at it. so my review to this place is horrible. Don’t go there. They will treat you like nobody and if you’re a regular, I’m sure they won’t even recognize you as Regular and act like they’ve never seen you before, but yet they will recognize you and go out of their way to come and tell you to go. It’s a crazy thing how they work crazy. even my friends I go in there with me asked me why they hate me so much, which is so embarrassing but you know it in the morning when you have nothing else to do and you wanna go do something. It’s the only place that’s open.

If you can’t find me, I’ll be here! First time here and loved it! Room was great, had a lot of fun in the casino, food from the grab and go place was awesome! Only downside is that it’s a smoking casino. There is a non smoking section but not as much fun in that area (and some smoke filters in there). Loved all of the memorabilia as well. We will be back soon!

Casino not hotel. $10 blackjack progressive table, dual deck was $20 minimum. PB bought a round, I'm sure not standard but wasnt an empty casino and I was a new player. Bad shoe turned into a $150 drink, worked out to be a quick night back to the hotel room. Casino was in better shape than most Midwest casinos, allowed smoking at the table games. I had a couple at the table that preferred I didn't so I stepped away from the table. Always be courteous people

I went to the Hard Rock last week for the Niko Moon concert, and it was such a great time! The concert was in a smaller venue, which made it feel private and really special. The sound and atmosphere were perfect for the show. I actually got to shake his hand!! A friend of mine stayed in one of the rooms, and I got to see them—very nice, decorated with the Hard Rock music theme, and really comfortable. I also loved walking around and checking out all the museum-style music items down by the casino. The location is great, and the service was excellent all around. Between the concert, the music theme, and the vibe of the place, I would definitely recommend the Hard Rock for a fun night out or a concert experience! Also I love their Huff and puff section but they need more machines.

Check in went smooth, although I seen rooms for $30 cheaper if you book through a travel service. I have to rave about how comfortable the beds, pillows, sheets and blankets were. I didn't want to get up. I love feather pillows! Lots of options in the rooms. Kind of a pain to use key cards with the elevators. I guess a Samsung phone sets off the alarms going into the casino which was annoying to have to open my purse up everytime I entered the gaming floor. Both times I have come here, the machines have been super tight and don't expect your money to last very long.

Fun atmosphere, the bartenders are cool, floor managers, meh. The slots could loosen up as well too. And it's not that hard to keep the coffee bar stocked, js. They can definitely do better.👍

Went here with a cousin of mine. Was overly impressed with the hotel room and the casino as a whole!! 100% will be back! Heck maybe next weekend! Loving it from Omaha!! Worth the trip! My and my cousin had a blast on a Sunday night! Thank you
