I tried to go to this location on 6/23 at around 4:30 and the gate was down with a "be back soon. HT Management" sign on computer paper. There was no ETA listed and I waited until a bit past 4:45 and no one came. It’s understandable to have to take a break even if short staffed, but include when you will be back.

My daughter is 13 and she loves this place. She has ordered several things online and picked up in the store. She has also purchased several items at the store and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Not sure about other Hot Topics but the one in Rock Hill is on point. Keep up the great work.

Best Hot Topic that I've ever visited. The manager is great and their stock is wonderful. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for in my size, but also able to discover things I didn't even know I had wanted until I'd gone. Much better going to the store than online shopping for sure!

I was there earlier this week with a friend. There was another customer who physically could not navigate the store in her wheelchair because the display sets were so far out of ADA compliance. Federal law requires 36 inches of clearance on either side of every display. I showed the employee on duty where the displays were out of compliance, even using my 28 inch cane to demonstrate. He insisted that he was in compliance even after being shown differently, because he didn't want to bother. His minimal effort was more important to him than whether disabled people are physically able to be there.

The customer service in this place was actually great! They do on occasion have some rather interesting things in here no matter who you are. There are some really good items here that may be great gift items if you have a friend who is slightly more alternative.

employees weren't really friendly ..1 ..did ask me did I need help with finding anything but it didn't feel sincere at all. I won't be going here again..I already don't shop here.. give me a reason to spend money& wanna come back.. ...they had nothing I was really interested in anyway, and what they did have was overpriced..I don't shop at american eagle either but the staff was soo friendly..I walked out with a bunch of stuff I didn't even need.. see the difference...
