Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and thoughtful and always help me in every way they possibly could. The prices of everything could use work but can’t exactly blame the employees for that. I have been in the store several times when inappropriate customers come in, shouting, screaming, rubbing their faces on the plushies, so on so forth. Every time the employees handle it to the best of their ability. I can assure you, the negative reviews about customer service are always instigated by rude people who do not respect anyone but themselves.

I believe her name was Kelly, younger gal, rudest person I have ever dealt with and she was incredibly disrespectful to my kids. I cannot believe this place is still in business if they treat or allow employees to treat customers this way. I just can’t even understand why you work in customer service when you obviously hate humans, like I get having a bad day cuz it happens but the level of rude and disrespect was just astonishing. I’d be embarrassed if this was my store let alone my child. At the end of it all I asked her name and she told me she doesn’t have to tell me and she’d like me to leave the store, uh because I asked your name?! Ok well snap shot and bye bye. Never again will I step foot in that store.

The lady running this store has 0 customer service skills and is very condescending !! You can see her in this photo. I was holding a drink and a plastic bag with my food. As soon as i walked in another gal let me know there was a table for drinks, so I went and put it where she asked me to put it. She never told me to put my bag down. As I'm browsing the other lady rudely said no food we have a table she was extremely condescending! Total Karen attitude. I let her know I was not told to put down the food. She then said it's our rules our store. I get it, but there's a nice way to say things, and she should not be on the floor. She's scaring off customers with that attitude. I'm hoping she's not the owner because she's going to run this store to the ground and go out of business. I would not come back here! Not with the way I was treated like I was a child or teenager. I'm a grown women and she should be respectful to customers.As I was walking out the staff was laughing and smirking. Customer service award to this store.Don't shop here! Shopping next door at Box Lunch they know how to treat people.

Im sorry im just seeing this and I was not happy seeing this review bomb on a fun little store. I go here and get some candies and other assortment of stuff I like when I visit. The lady that everyone seems to be disrespecting was a wonderful clerk and respected me as we talked. I hope people visit for themselves and have respect when entering. Because it's earned not given even if you are potential customer and to have to explain this is even more inappropriate then needs to be. Yes it can be expensive, its a high price society we live today when needing to import items these days please understand this when you enter a establishment with goods brought overseas and recently borders of our country

The last time I went here the infamous karen lady was on duty.. I asked what an item was because it had ‘ deodorant ‘ on the packaging but was stocked alongside candles. The lady that I asked scoffed and rudely said that it was obviously a candle and that it’s from japan. Yeah, obviously it is.. Don’t come here unless you want to be talked down to while simultaneously being sold highly overpriced slop.

If I can give it no stars I would. The white lady that works there has been rude both times I been to this store. Not only rude but too aggressive towards the customers especially kids. I don’t care the price , but not being able to shop in such a nice store because of that customer service only by her . Why have a store by the food court and kid friendly when the staff isn’t so pleasant. My family and I will not be going to this store anymore, because of her and the way we were treated in for our last trip which was Friday.
