Pueblo Mall

My new favorite mall. As many reviewers have mentioned it's not a crowded mall like I am used to in Tucson or Phoenix. Not a happy aspect for the store owners however a big plus for me. Quiet overall except at the food mall, great customer service due to less crowding in stores, and a great selection of shops of every style. Dillards is a high quality, shopper's delight, and the mall's variety of specialized stores is impressive: Blended Barber Beauty, Phone Zone, Spencer's, Proimage Sports, Sunglass Hut, and Pikes Peak Collectibles are just a sample of what you'll find. The Trampoline Park would be a gas for kids and teens while good old JC Penney is a favorite of many shoppers worldwide. It's a very clean mall and the selection of crazy toys for children to ride, massive gumball machine, cotton candy machine, digital photo booth, and a lactation pod makes it more than you'd typically expect in a mall. Oh yeah, sit in one of those giant, padded massage chairs and let your cares vanish....

We went in around 10am. It was nice because the majority of stores did not open until 11am. However, the ones that were open gave us a chance to enjoy without large crowds. And, we found a nice gift fir our son at Buckle store. Getting exercise was nice too.

I before I even enter the mall a young lady that worked at one of other stores inside the mall was very helpful ,She was very polite, I asked her were a store was in the mall she gav me exact directions on where I needed to go I was in and out good to go I give my four thumbs up and hats off

I've live in Pueblo for most of my life and have been shopping in this mall since I was a teenager. I'm almost 60, now. I'm not sure what happened. But, this used to be such a nice place to walk around, shop, visit and people-watch for a few hours. The sheer lack of customers as well as the missing businesses tell a grim story of the times. I can remember when it took a good ten to fifteen minutes (literally) to find a parking spot and walk to the entrance. Now, within a single minute you are parked and at the entrance. There used to be countless customers and people wandering and shopping here. It looked so barren and empty, today. What a shame. I wanted and needed to go to 2 stores, specifically, for items I needed. While the employees were friendly, they were definitely not, enthusiastic about being there. 'Customer Service' is lacking and appears to be a lost art. I did not see a single security guard anywhere as I made a complete lap through the mall out of curiosity. I guess there was really no need for security with the lack of customers.

Sugar Puff Candy Store in the mall was absolutely amazing! They had so many cotton candy flavors to choose from—it felt like every color and taste you could imagine spun into fluffy clouds. Everything was fresh and fun, and the lemonade was the perfect sweet and refreshing drink to go along with it. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’ve got a sweet tooth or just want something unique at the mall!

This mall, while small, is great. The selection of stores and vendors is just right. I never feel rushed while I'm here because of the openness of the space. It very inviting. Not many people come to shop at it which makes it perfect for the rest of us. Especially when it comes to parking. The lot has plenty of space all the time. And down on the southeast side it is almost always wide open. The food court has your typical options, so nothing crazy to call home about.
