This store is tucked out of the way and my Google maps was very confused about where it is exactly. However the store is very organized, with a large selection of gaming categories and accessories. There are two good sized areas for gaming events as well. The staff were helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely be back

Employees seem very bothered if you call with questions. The other day I was in the store and as I was talking to an employee he literally walked away from me mid sentence and I felt very unwelcomed. Id rather spend my money on cards online or drive up to Colorado Springs or Denver to purchase. Customer service goes a long way; supporting local businesses is important especially in a small town like Pueblo. Please make people feel a little more welcome,

Came to get some old pokemon cards from my childhood appraised and had the help of two staff members Danielle and Gingie they gave me super helpful advice, some offers for a few cards, and even gave me sleeves to protect my cards. Very dedicated people!

Amazing experience! Let me look through EVERYTHING. Very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for pokemon singles or building out pokemon decks. The lady behind the counter was so kind and was more than fair in negotiating prices. Thank you!

Amazing place. Clean, friendly, and tax is included into prices. They have every different type of tabletop game you could play. They also have huge pops collection and a huge gaming area for people who want a place to play and hang out. I also never feel judged for being a woman who enjoys these games. Plenty of the top players are woman and almost all staff are woman. They also have a private room for people to rent and games to rent. One of the best game stores I have seen.

Stopped in since i was in the area and whoever was working today was beyond rude. I went in looking for specific card sleeves. He asked what I was looking for then offered no help looking. Why ask if you are just going to stand behind the counter silent? I ended up not finding the sleeves I was looking for but grabbed a box of other ones I also could use for the time being. As I handed the guy the box he accused me of trying to rip the price sticker off since it was partially missing as if I was going to steal them ($11 cheapy clear sleeves). Yea.. ok. Also keep in mind the sleeves are directly infront of the counter so i was infront of him the entire time but still decided to make the comments anyways. Dont waste your money or time here. You are better off going else were (like game knight where they welcome everyone like an old friend) or just buy what you want online.
