Walmart Supercenter

The Walmart on Gatlin, and Lisa (the manager), Jessica (the team lead), and Ela (the cashier) were all extremely kind and understanding—excellent customer service. They had no issues with us purchasing cartloads of turkeys for our Thanksgiving Giveaway. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend this Walmart if you're planning a major event or need to buy items in bulk. Happy Birthday to Lisa !!!!! 🎂🎈

Yesterday I stopped in the store to pick up a new Stanley type mug, some phone charging cords, and a few other things. I couldn’t find the mugs and it took me a bit to find an employer to ask for assistance. I finally found an employee in electronics, Yerb. He not only told me where the mugs were, but he took me over to the area. After grabbing a mug I liked I remembered I needed some phone charging cords so I headed back over to electronics where I found Yerb helping some other customers. Although he was in the middle of a task he took the time and helped me and two other employees. He has great customer service skills and tone! He’s a great employee and a hard worker, Walmart is lucky to have him! Hope they show the appreciation he deserves!!! Thank you Yerb!!!

The battery and tire department service it is extremely slow, not enough staff working on the registers. Long lines, long waiting time. I have been waiting half a hour and still they haven't changed my battery this is extremely frustrating.

Walmart reminds me of a modern flea market. With customer service being scarce. I understand they cater to every budget but i feel that they have lowered their quality of Products. There buying cheap merch from China and selling it triple the price for items i have had to return after one use because it breaks on the 1st use. Shameful

What a great experience! I came to this Walmart to get a car battery installed, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helped me find the best battery at the best price for my car. The mechanic was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The installation was done in record time. Fantastic service all around!

I enjoy going into all the Walmart so that I can go into because I like the check prices and the prices are inconsistent so they're kind of different from one location to the next but I love that I find a lot of beautiful cotton clothes that are summer based it's hard to find nowadays. I wear three extra 4x and I have to say I find the best clothes at Walmart It's hard to beat.

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY!!!! EVER!! You will either have it cancelled or not get it to several days later AFTER they have charged your card!! TODAY they said product out of stock even though on website it says many available!! DONE!!!
