Customer Reviews
CVS Pharmacy has a rating of 4.2 out of 5 based on over 50 reviews on Google
I had an excellent experience at this location. I’ve found that, in general, customer service isn’t as important to corporations as it used to be but my visit with this store was an exception. Kudos to the staff at this CVS, store # 4041 at 9801, US Hwy 1, Port St Lucie, Fl. I wish I knew the associate’s name who helped me but I don’t. She was polite, respectful, competent and very helpful. She had an all around great attitude. There was a problem with the register but instead of becoming frustrated, she immediately called another associate for assistance and together they solved the problem quickly. It’s refreshing to have such an experience.
Great customer service especially at the pharmacy.
Extremely disappointed that they never have the prescription in stock. Especially when you've been taking the the medicine for 5 years and then I get looked at crazy whenever they don't have it. And i'm supposed to be taking my medication appropriately. The technicians are always talking to each other. Smiling, which is great. But then, whenever a patient or a customer comes to get their prescriptions.I feel like they do judge on whatever the prescription is and that's really sad and I feel like that's very judgmental in none of anybody's business, what anybody's on, especially if it's prescribed by a doctor.
Great CVS. Good location, multiple self checkout machines which is nice. Their generic prices are always good and better than Walgreens. I don’t personally use this CVS’s pharmacy but they seem to be less busy than the others that are in the area.
My prescription co-pay was super high. And mark with his exceptional service helped me. he always go beyond. Always nice, and ready to help. I will definitely recommend to go when he is there. From 261.23 I payed 99 dollars. After following his advice and use a coupon offered by the manufacturer. So grateful for his help. He is always honest and will try his best to help. Thanks x 100. 😊
I've been there many times and always had a great experience there, even though it does trigger my allergies, and I can't breathe, but I always leave with a smile on my face and the service is great.
We just moved to Florida and this pharmacy was convenient. I will NEVER use them again. Unreal number of issues trying to pick up two prescriptions. First of all, extremely rude to the customers and their employees. They reprimanded an employee in front of everyone and I was harshly told I was at the wrong window. I was the only one there at one point and waited a half hour for my prescription. My second prescription wasn’t ready so I had to leave. Got a voice mail that night saying it is ready. I headed in and they said they were out of stock. I went back in a few days later and they said they had no order. They found the order but it wasn’t filled so I had to wait for it to be filled. I normally pay $2 for this and they were charging $15. So I gave them good RX and it was $13. Walmart would have been $2. I decided to just get it and be done and I had to wait 10 more minutes because they said they have to have the pharmacist approve it again!! What is there to approve AGAIN? It never left their hands!! I sat and waited. A handful of other extremely irritating issues with their service that I won’t go into but they have horrible rude slow expensive service!!
