Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Sky zone hosted an amazing Birthday party for our daughter and her friends. Everyone had a blast. Evan was an amazing host and a special tanks to Alia and Kiely you guys were above and beyond thank you all so much!!

My name is Jacklyn Coore, and I am the Youth and Family Service Director of the ARC of the Treasure Coast Aftercare and Summer Program, Camp Able. We proudly serve neurodivergent youth ages 3–22, and we are absolutely OBSESSED with Sky Zone in Port St. Lucie! From the moment we walk in, our program is welcomed with open arms. The staff are truly out of this world—showing exceptional compassion, understanding, professionalism, and genuine care for our campers. A very special shoutout goes to General Manager Anwar. He is incredibly accommodating, consistently treats our program with respect, and exemplifies true hospitality. His support means more than words can express. Sky Zone has gained a lifelong customer in Camp Able—and in me personally. As a mom of two neurodivergent boys, I was so impressed that we proudly purchased an annual membership, thanks to Anwar’s continued support and care. Thank you, Sky Zone Port St. Lucie, for being a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for our community 💙

This whole row of people have personal cups with who knows what in it. I intentionally stopped to get a coffee to enjoy while my kids play and I was told they can not begin to check me in until I get rid of it. I had to go back to the parking lot, leave it in the car and get back in line. Is there any consistency in this policy? Or I could have kept my coffee if I used a personal cup?

Just Have To Say, Came Here 2 Years Ago For A Friends Birthday Party When They Were (Defy) & This Place Was A Hot Mess… Today, Since It Has Become Sky Zone It’s Way Better!!! I Had My Daughter’s 8th Birthday Here And The Kids Really Enjoyed Themselves… Service Was Top Notch Thanks To Manager Anwar & His Team… Anwar You Went Above & Beyond, Thank You… Place Is Clean, Old School Jams & Has Very Pleasant Staff… Thanks Guys… P.S. We had my daughter’s 12th bday here and it was so much better than i expected. Rocio was the manager on duty and she was super helpful and so sweet we had Ash as our party host and I would totally request her again she was amazing!! Super helpful great with the whole party and was super kind if we were ever to do another party we would request Ash again! Thank you so much for this great experience it made my daughters day super special we won’t be going to another trampoline park only here!

I generally do not like to leave negative reviews but this experience was super dispappointing. I went to Port St Lucie to visit my parents with my daughter and went to this Sky Zone for my daughter to play. When they tried to upsell me with the membership I explained to them I was from out of town and I just wanted to pay for the day. Turns out they put me on a membership and have been charging me ever since. I have called tirelessly and emailed and absolutely 0 response. I'm a single mom on a strict budget and to see this coming out of my account with no way of communicating with them, is the biggest disappointment ever.
