AMC Port St Lucie 14

It was our 1st time in this theatre as we moved to PSL over the summer. We saw Wicked For Good. The theatre must have old technology because the movie was very dark. I know the movie was supposed to have vibrant colors and I was disappointed. Also, when I went into the bathroom, I felt like I walked into a time warp and was back in time.

What could have been one of the worst moments turned into one of the most humbling experiences. I lost my keys last night at the theater and didn’t have a backup, but the entire staff truly came together to help me. From the young woman in the wheelchair who stepped in, to the concession stand workers, and even the managers — everyone showed such kindness and teamwork. My daughter and I want you all to know how much we appreciate everything you did for us and the FIRST-CLASS SERVICE you provided. Thank you 🙏

If there was a way to give no stars that’s what they would get. Auditorium 1 has a broken screen but they will get your money and sit you there. If you try to get your money back good luck. Even though you just came out of there. The place is outdated. Low quality screen play and employees. Save your money and go somewhere else. Or just spend it on a movie at home.

In major need of updating, safe to say I wont be back until they completely redo everything. Seats look and feel like theyre straight out of the 90s, left the lights on for 10 min into the movie, the clarity on either the film, player, or back screen was pretty skewed, and it was 20 bucks just for one person to see a 3d movie, guess I shouldve checked the reviews before coming

Unfortunately, this theater needs major updating. The carpeting smells; the seats need to be replaced. The quality of the film was not clear, ads and the movie itself was too dark. Volume extremely loud. They had a showtime for the movie we wanted to see as 1:45. When we arrived at the theater, there wasn't one car in the parking lot! We called and were told that they don't open until 3 pm, so we saw the 4:15 show. One stall in the women's bathroom had a large strip of the wall covering ripped off. What was visible was disgusting. 1

Great movie theater, I'll be going here from now on. The staff does a great job! (My lovely wife wished that they had the reclining seats some other theatres have) Thank you, we had a great time going to see zootopia 2, will likely be back to see David soon

I had a very disappointing experience at AMC Port St. Lucie. The theater itself feels run-down and poorly maintained. Seats were worn and uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, this location does not have recliner seats and basic food options, which is surprising and unacceptable for an AMC in 2025. I mean for one of the most rapid growing cities in Florida this movie theater is sad. It makes you wonder if management Is really relating the problems to higher ups. The fact that this type of theater is still in business, this day and age is wild.
