First time at Miniso in Plano. They have a decent selection of beauty products, dolls, snacks, clothes, and toys. They have a wide variety of plushies that were very cute. This store is very similar to Daiso.

At first, I had a sad experience with a defective item, But the team understood what to do and they were able to help me out as quickly as they could! I got a refund and everyone was super sweet and super kind about it! I appreciate y’all I will be coming back! hopefully with better luck 🫶🏼❤️ -much love!

I’ve used this hair clip maybe… 4 times since I purchased on 11/15 @6:32 pm lol 3 days ago while I was trying to clamp my hair, it broke in half! This hair clip was stored inside my drawer and I did not drop it. I took it to miniso for possible exchange and the person who was in charge had to make a phone call in (spanish…) and told me that I had to contact customer support on miniso.com Okay… it’s impossible to find an email for customer support. Only an email for franchising… Thank goodness, this was over $4.99 item and not some expensive items! If the store can’t resolve customers concern/complaints, at least make it possible on your website! Anyhow, fellow yelpers, just keep in mind that it will be impossible to get any help from them if you pass that 7 days return/exchange policy. There are many websites and stores that I can shop at other than Miniso. With this kind of customer service, you wouldn’t be getting any business from me in the future.

If we're looking for japanese style pop art, this place is for you. Obscure and hard to find surprises lay tucked in corners. Children and childlike adults could spend hours looking at it nicknack.

First time being at a miniso thats is not located at a mall, but this neighborhood miniso is very stocked, clean. Has good service,etc.

It’s is super nice and clean the employees are super attentive.
