The Vinyl Hub

Very disappointed, terribly slow communication. I love supporting local businesses! It’s not about a refund at this point it’s about customer satisfaction and not being able to complete a custom order. Placed a custom order on/around December 15th considering holidays it’s now January 5th. The first design was cheap and looked thrown together, suggestions were made to help. The second design clearly did not have the letters I ordered. They may reply to this and say I communicated during closed hours and a (partial) refund will be given I’m assuming. I’m waiting on that confirmation. Policy’s very clear no refunds, 1 redesign! I was able to see the policy on their website after they sent me the link, that’s great! This policy is in place for customers to settle on the design presented and save their business money once they order materials when an order has been failed to be completed. This is disappointing since the business has only 5 stars. In conclusion disappointed, not upset. Still waiting on that "refund" confirmation. I really hope I do not have to remind them to send confirmation, so much time on my end and theirs has been wasted. I genuinely hope they can complete your order and have many more happy customers!

The Vinyl Hub is my absolute favorite craft supply store! They’re always so friendly and willing to help me with anything I need, especially when I’m working on my own custom projects. Mrs. Darla has taught me so much — she’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly loves helping others learn. Every time I visit, I leave feeling inspired and excited to create more. Their products are high quality, and their customer service is unbeatable. I highly recommend The Vinyl Hub!!!

Had an urgent job and needed a large amount HTV ASAP for 2 large 4x6 feet flags. This was the only place out of 18 that I checked that had what I needed, that I could get in the short time frame I had to complete the job. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We were able to meet our customer's short deadline. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you for your help!

If I can give 10 stars I would! I can't say enough good things about the ladies at the vinyl hub! They are my go to for everything vinyl, DTF etc. They are always willing to help whether its providing tips, guidance and sometimes a ear for me to vent. You will love them!

Amazing people to do business with! I’m a repeat customer and they always go above and beyond and way out of their way to make sure my needs are met! Couldn’t recommend anyone other than them. Their customer service is top notch!
