Bill Jackson's Shop For Adventure

Went here for the first time for my bf. Store is bigger than it looks from the outside. The store is neat and well organized with different sections dedicated to different things like hunting, fishing, diving, and even snowboarding! Not something I expected from a store in Florida. They’ve got a good amount of jackets and warm weather stuff too. The selection of items is nice, the parking is shaded but be mindful there’s dirt.

John from the gun department and Chris working the register provided me with one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. This being the first time at the store I did not know what to expect, but thanks to the excellent customer service I was provided I was able to have a fun, positive, and personal shopping experience. 10/10 I will definitely be returning to this store. Fair prices, world class customer service, a wide variety of products, knowledgeable staff made my trip here not only productive, but memorable. Look no further for outdoor gear.

What a fabulous business! Everything about Bill Jacksons is five stars! This place is huge and nestled in a beautiful picturesque woodsy setting. I could imagine camping in the parking lot, lol. They are very well stocked in every outdoor activity you can imagine. Tony was very informative & helped me find the perfect pair of snow boots. They have a great selection and many are half price. Terry was a great teacher who patiently taught me a ski lesson on their moving carpeted ski slope. I signed up for 2 more lessons. Tiffany the manager was very friendly, & more than accommodating at my need for a quick change to the pre-booked appointment. It feels like everyone is family and I can't wait to go back. ❄️ 💙

I’m taking a dive class and was recommended to go to Bill Jackson’s for gear. Usually recommendations can be a hit or miss BUT Cole in the scuba/dive section was amazing! It was our first time getting any sort of diving equipment so we had TONS of questions. Cole was very patient and kind and helped us get all of our gear fitted. He explained all the options and helped us make informed decisions. Some places can be pushy to sell the top notch highest price tag item but Cole didn’t need to do any of that. He was great from the very start to the very end. If you go for scuba or dive go see Cole! We didn’t check out the rest of the store so can’t say much to the other stuff.

Amazing shop all over. Came in with a snowboard to get fitted for boots and bindings, turns out the board didn’t fit me. Bow helped me find a great pair of K2 boots and a beautiful K2 board with bindings for an AMAZING deal, and overall was just very helpful. Everyone else is super friendly and always gives a great experience.

Jackson Uellve SCUBA Technician was absolutely amazing! He helped me get fully set up for my offshore snorkeling adventures looking for shark teeth. He took the time to make sure my wetsuit fit perfectly, calculated the correct diving weights so I’d stay comfortably neutral, and helped me choose gloves that would protect my hands while digging in the sand. He really understood what I needed for offshore conditions and made sure everything was dialed in before I hit the water. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made me feel completely confident heading out. If you're gearing up for any kind of snorkeling or diving adventure, especially offshore shark tooth hunting, Jackson is the one to see. Highly recommend!!

Bill was the kindest most generous most helping person I’ve ever met. Me and my sister and my mom came in looking for ski gear and he really made it a remarkable experience. Come here for ski gear!
