CVS

This store was nicely stocked and our cashier Holly was SO friendly and helped me manage my multiple orders with ease! This was my first time at this CVS and it is much nicer than the one located closer to home!

"Store manager" has a TERRIBLE attitude and 0 patience. Cannot give any actual answers. The prompt to get to the pharmacy only goes to a voice ailments, never an actual person.

These people who work at the cash register are unhappy people, and they make their customers' lives miserable with their mistreatment. This has been going on for years. Their bad attitude leaves much to be desired, but nothing positive. The residents of Oshkosh don't deserve this.😡

This is the filthiest place on a consistent level. I have yet to see what they call clean. The bathroom is down right disgusting, feces on walls, toilet, sink and ground in God knows what on the floor as it just grime that has never seen a mop. If I had a choice this would not even make the list and I would happily never step foot in there again.

I enjoy shopping at the Oshkosh CVS store on 9th Ave because it's large and availability of product is wide.

I’ll start by saying, the pharmacy people are great, but that’s where it ends. I shopped for a while and saw no one working on the mess everywhere or the bare shelves. It actually looks like they’re going out of business, the shelves are nearly empty. On top of that, the girl at the check out counter (long dark hair-about 11am 5/7/24) was so fricken rude I thought she was kidding… really. It was about the most uncomfortable check out experience I’ve ever had which is just a weird thing to say. At the end I grab my bags leaving the basket behind, she shoves the basket back at me and says "put this back where you got it" I replied with "what" because I thought she was joking, and she said louder "put this back where you got it!" I said you want me to walk all the way to the back of the store, back to the pharmacy to return a basket? I just spent $2XX and have my hands full of bags, there was also not a basket place near the check out or I would have just done it automatically. She’s like - just put it in the entryway, there’s a spot. This girl needs to pretend to work out of the public eye. She was useless. Wont be returning for my RX here (this wasn’t the first time shopping there and the first time wasn’t much better). Disappointing.

Staff up front and in pharmacy are nice but the public restroom is nasty. Looks like it has been a while since last cleaned. Also both soap dispensers were empty. Do we not wash our hands here??? A lot of empty shelves here as well. The only reason it gets 2 ⭐️ is the staff.
