Update: They've sorted the store back into boys' and girls' sections (for the most part). I've changed my review from one star to four stars. Old review: They recently "reorganized" the store so that everything is mixed up, instead of having a designated girls section and boys section. As a customer, I want to be able to walk in and know exactly where to go to find what I'm looking for, not wander aimlessly because nothing is organized. Sort it out. Until then, you've lost a regular customer.

Went in to the Oshkosh outlet mall location last night to purchase two items my wife wanted me to pick up for her. I don't care how much they are, and I don't use coupons. The man hating manager lady lectured me on why I couldn't purchase items because it wasn't black Friday yet. I asked if i could buy the same items online and she laughed and proceeded to ask me if i was aware of how Black Friday sales work. They admitted that they had the items in the back, and told me they would ring up at regular price and not the Black Friday price. I could care less about the black Friday price, I just wanted the items I was asked to go and purchase. This morning I get a Facebook ad telling me I can "beat the Black Friday rush" and "buy it today" for the discounted price..... I'll do Carter's the favor and not purchase anything from them in the future. Who would have thought a $12 pair of pants would have given this lady a mental breakdown. Great way to treat people!

Spent $150+ on clothes for grandchildren. Got $60 in rewards. To be able to use them, must spend ANOTHER $150. Please, decrease rewards but have it be something I can use. Very disappointed because I was using the rewards for a charity.

While shopping with my son I was followed around the store and harassed by two employees I wasn’t even able to look around without them getting in my way I just left with what I had instead of being harassed with a child this place is a joke I’ve spent so much here and just because of that they will never receive another penny from me

Great store, always have a good selection, friendly staff and is kept orderly. Only downside is, it's a tight fit/small walkways...definitely don't take the big stroller in.

Associate was rude to my mom. She went to do a return and the lady tried to take a different customer before her. Then when my mom went to look for a different item the associate and guest talked shi* about my mom when she was in the store. This is not okay service
