Carvel

Idk if its just me but I just bought me and son some ice cream and I love Carvel ice cream but the brand is losing over here in newington CT . I over paid for some ice cream . The amount wasn’t even worth it and im not saying the quality is bad its just the serving . No one wants to over pay for quality. They act like they running out of ice cream over there? . 3 stars only for the quality.

First time trying out Carvel ice cream and found it overpriced for the quality of ice cream. Ordered a double scoop soft cone seeing the yummy photo posted with two huge soft cone scoops but received the one on the photo! Also, the store smelt like an old store. The area is nice with outdoor sitting arrangements! Would have rated a 4 star if the cone ww received were made with care and the store smelt clean.

Great customer service! The people working were super sweet and accommodating! The ice cream was delicious!

Delicious 😋😋 ice cream. Beautiful downtown view. All flavor cotton candy was good. Excellent customer service. Clean and awesome favor. Great location.

I am grateful we still have a Carvel here in Newington. In addition it is one of the nicest, most modern ones still left. Carvel is always my favorite soft serve ice cream and it never disappoints.

Two days this week they were closed earlier than it says on Google. No hours posted on the door. Fix your Google hours
