I was helped out by the sweetest employee named Flow! She helped me access my (very old) account and see that I actually had rewards available to use that I had no idea about! Thanks Flow!

I've been going to this store since I was a teenager, but I really don't want to discuss how long that's been. I appreciate how the store opened itself to many fandoms and became more size inclusive. I will say that the employees at every location I have been to in the past several years have been phenomenally pleasant, almost giving the impression that you have to be a really nice person to work there. It's a niche spot to be sure, but I'm glad it's a mall fixture and still a haven for the more strange, unusual and less traditional mainstream. And a shout out to all of those really great employees.

Staff was extremely helpful, showing me things behind the counter that caught my eye as I checked out, which I ended up purchasing. I actually knew more about both items than they did 😃, so they got a little education. But that's just because I'm such a Disney fan! I usually shop Hot Topic online; this was my first in-store visit. There was a lot to take in and I got to spend some Hot Cash while I was there.

Super clean and well organized. Very friendly and helpful staff, fully available for any assistance. Had the best experience with my cashier, and they even helped me sign up for the rewards program during the transaction. Always feels like coming home when I enter the store.

Went in on a Saturday, so busy. I needed help to get an item down from a high rack and the gentleman was so amazingly helpful. I saw something different and decided I wanted that instead. In the midst of the store being so packed full, he still made sure to stop back over to make sure I was all set. He proceeded to put the item back and sift through the 2nd item to find the size I needed. He was so great. I'm not a fan of holiday shopping at the mall but he made the rest of my trip great and my daughter is gonna be so happy, come Christmas, now. Edit- I finally found the small paper given to me at checkout so I can personally thank the employee who went above and beyond. Akiro, you were great with me and my indecisiveness 🙂 You made my shopping experience, in a very busy store and mall, so much better that day. I can't thank you enough! I would have done the survey but I put the purchase under my daughter's email.
