Target

Grabbed this black tumbler thinking it was $17.99. Then it rang up as $21.99. Went to customer service just for the lady to tell me it’s $21.99. Your tags are lying to customers with a $4 difference. All she could offer me was a refund. Should’ve gotten this cup at 17.99. Why is your stuff ringing up higher than the displayed price.

I shop here in the evening for Doordash. Every time I go here after 9:00pm all the normal registers are closed. They have 4 self check out registers but 1 of them has had a sign "temporarily closed" for 3 months. This causes lines to form and ridiculous amount of time spent standing around waiting for a register to open up. The worst part is I asked 2 different self checkout employees why the register has been closed for 3 months and they both said "I don't know". Also the trash cans in front of the store are usually overflowing spilling trash into the parking lot. Also the cart return is usually so full shopping carts are sticking out into the parking lot. Who's running this place?

I did self check out on 12/20, I got one item. When I got home I realized I was charged for 3 items. I went to customer service on 12/27 with little hope. Because I felt like it was my own fault for not looking at the receipt while at the checkout. To my surprise, the customer service agent explained to me how this can happen, said he believe me completely and issued a refund to my credit card for the two items that I did not purchase. Absolutely phenomenal experience and a wonderful young man.

Quick trip to Target today. I found everything I wanted but during checkout I had a problem with my Red Card. Cashier was super helpful and suggested I call customer service. When I called they were pleasant and helpful and resolved my issue in 5 minutes. That’s how to do customer service. 🙂

Ahmed a target representative of AT&T was very efficient, knowledgeable, and clear in his explanations. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!

the only positive is the nice staff. many empty spots on shelves. aisles don't fit 2 carts side by side and I felt like I was constantly in someone's way, and people were in my way. it was very stuffy and hot inside, and I wondered what the ac was set to. target charges more for a pleasant shopping experience, but I'd sooner go to the competitors. absolutely no carts to use. half the staff looks lost.

Larib was a joy to work with. Her professionalism and dedication to assist her customers far exceeds the standard of anyone i have worked with in the years of having cellular service. In my opinion larib should be considered for promotion far above peers
