I’m a shipt shipper and this mean lady by the name of Melissa always have an attitude checking me out. She stopped checking my order to go help someone else so I got someone else to help and I told the employee that Melissa was helping me and she walked off and Melissa came back and said because someone else needed me.. very rude as if I wasn’t working for a paid shopper already. I didn’t matter to her as a customer. Another incident where Melissa told me she wasn’t checking my orders because I wouldn’t move my empty buggy to where she wanted me to move it. Melissa went over to the otbet side of the register and threw flyers at me and stormed into the office. I called the store manager by the name of Spencer and he retaliated and called shipt and said I was cussing them out.. what a joke and a lie.. a customer was standing by was even vouching for me. But the way this store is hog pin!! Things are all over the place: nothings stocked.. this is the worse target ever!!

As someone who isn’t self righteous or entitled I have always found this location great. Friendly staff, stocked shelves and clean store. I have found that if you go everywhere expecting people to get on all fours and kiss your boots you often have a poor experience. If you go here as a normal person and treat the staff like equals you end up having a great time. 💅

Don’t go for groceries, shelves are hit or miss and bring your patience for checkout. Rarely have registers open and self checkout is only 3 registers and line always 10-15 deep.

Has a wide variety of products at a good price, not the nicest target but definitely not the worst. Internet there is bad but does not matter very much and a Starbucks is located inside.

I just like shopping at Target in general. It's pretty much an upscaled Walmart. Target tends to have higher quality employees working at its stores, and higher class people tend to shop here. The store is well lit and just has a much happier atmosphere within it compared to Walmart. I enjoy shopping at Target in general. The only flaw I found with this particular store is that the concession food here was mediocre. And, stay away from the "Jamba Juice Smoothies", they are nothing but syrup and sugar, and taste awful!

I have lived on IOP and gone to this Target since it opened in the early 2000s. This location has just continued to go more and more downhill as time goes on. Not only is it disorganized, always picked over, never has any good stock, check out lines are always long, but many of the employees are just incredibly rude. I just walked out after making a self-checkout purchase (July 31, 2025 at 9am) and instead of doing tasks that actually fall under her job description, one of the employees demanded I do it for her and could not have been more rude about it. Did not get her name, but feel free to check the cameras. I was in a light blue workout t shirt and black leggings and she is a shorter African American woman. The employees at this location used to be cheerful and kind — now it’s like pulling teeth to get them to actually do their job or be remotely pleasant toward customers. Might be time to rethink who joins your team, Target.

Very rude customer service. Before I even came to the table, she said they didn't have that item that I needed to exchange. Didn't bother to say hello or ask if I have any other questions. New seasonal (teenagers) cashiers were nice and friendly, so the one star goes to them.
